The holiday home is a semi-detached house and is furnished in a modern, functional manner in the typical regional style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also due to the view from the property over the garden and its sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture. Trampoline (diameter 4.75 m, maximum load capacity 180 kg).

Oprič. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence, a hedge and a wall. Semi-detached house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (diameter 5 m, 1.30 m deep).

Kitchenette in the living room with air conditioning, electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Separate WC with 1 washbasin, toilet and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 extra bed on a folding bed. Bathroom with bathtub with shower attachment, washing machine, 1 washbasin, toilet, bidet and window.
House rules
The organisation of parties or events is prohibited.
Please observe quiet hours, particularly from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Great holiday home close to the beach. From the garden gate we could even see the sea.
The house was equipped as described, nothing was missing. Large bedrooms, living area and a wonderful terrace as well as another covered dining area. The brick grill was absolutely great. The landlord Boris was super nice, always approachable and very helpful. Thank you !
