Neglected outdoor area

Unfortunately, the first impression was already defining. The whole facility looked unkempt. As if it hadn't seen a lawn mower or a rose clippers until mid-July. The paths were quite overgrown with blackberries and nettles, causing the children to scratch themselves immediately. The area around the terrace also hadn't been taken care of for a very long time. The spider webs in front of the windows didn't seem to be from this year either. The parking area would be suitable for 3 cars if the pile of gravel wasn't stored there. The landlord did not necessarily respond to the neighbors' criticism with understanding. Communication beforehand was fine, though. The holiday apartment itself was okay, but nothing more. It could use a bit of care. The large stain on the chair was already pointed out by someone 2 years ago. The kitchen amenities are limited to the basics. A washing machine marked as an amenity is present in a utility room. However, it appears uninviting. And if the use is subject to a fee, this can also be noted. The location of the apartment is good. The area offers everything necessary. Two castles in the immediate vicinity. You can also reach Erfurt and Weimar very cheaply. There is also a swimming lake 3 km away. The price would really be okay if it were simply maintained.
