The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2007, and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities.

Šilo. The holiday apartment is located on an open plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartment KRK SIL 035 (3 people) is located in the same house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Internet access (Wi-Fi). TV reception is via satellite.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 9.00/pet per day.

Shopping 50 m, restaurant 250 m, town centre 250 m. Krk: Nightclub 15 km, bank 2.5 km and airport 27 km. Train station in Rijeka 6 km. Doctor, pharmacy each 200 m in Šilo. Children's playground 600 m. Water taxi Šilo-Crikvenica 600 m. Rijeka 60 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 300 m in Šilo (beach 300 m in Šilo with pebbles and bathing platforms). Horse riding in Omišalj 20 km. Šilo: Dog beach 250 m and tennis, diving, boat dock each 600 m. Sandy beach 400 m.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessed via an external staircase. Living/bedroom with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa (suitable only for children under 11 years), TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the terrace (12 sqm, covered, garden furniture). Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchenette in the living kitchen with TV, electric stove (2 plates), extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay.
Costs on the spot: On request: children bed 8 € per bed under 13 years per day. Baby cot (please order when booking) 5 € per bed per day.
Deposit: EUR 50,-/object.
