The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1980, was renovated in 2000, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: terrace and garden furniture.

Malinska. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house temporarily but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine.

not allowed.

Shopping 150 m, restaurant 150 m, town centre 550 m. Pharmacy, bank each 600 m in Malinska. Airport in Omišalj 15 km. Main road 500 m. Kitchenette in the living room with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood and fridge. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, washing machine, electricity, water, final cleaning, hand towels, bed linen (first usage), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).

Especially nice was the landlord lived in the house and was incredibly nice!
It just made you feel safer!
Also great was the walk down to the port-greengrocer on the way and the best restaurant right in the next street "Bistro Bukarica"!
It was all in all coherent - clean, country-style furnishings and perfect by the incredible Gastfreutfreundschaft!
