The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 2014 and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area, in the village centre. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and fire pit.

The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Detached house with 3 floors. Ground floor apartment, terrace 16 m². Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom (5 sqm) with TV, air conditioning, dining area (5 seats), gas hob (3 burners), electric hob (1 plate), oven, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and access to the terrace. Bathroom (5 sqm, not heated) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
