The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Stara Baška. The holiday flat is located on a 950 sqm open plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday flats KRK BAS 406 (4 persons), KRK BAS 407 (3 persons) and KRK BAS 409 (2 persons) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

View German

The location is great. Very quiet and only a few meters to the beach and supermarket. I would particularly like to emphasize the nice and warm hospitality on the part of the landlord. They are always on site and available for any needs.
