Description

The holiday apartment is functionally furnished. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, on a campsite, on the outskirts of town. Available for use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, sandbox, and garden furniture.

Reception, ATM, 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, café, beach bar, pool bar, supermarket, hairdresser and laundromat.

Location
Lido di Spina. The holiday flat is located on a campsite, on a garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in carport.

Special
Air conditioning, central heating. Television reception via satellite. TV SAT.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 12 m x 25 m, 1.40 m deep). Children's pool (7 m x 16 m, 0.60 m deep).

In the annex: Sauna.

Leisure
In the complex: gym, table tennis and bike rental. Animation for children from 4 years. Adult animation.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 7.00/pet per day.

Shopping 500 m, restaurant 500 m, town centre 500 m. Cinema in Comacchio 5 km. Disco in Lido di Spina 500 m. Train station in Ravenna 30 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 500 m in Lido di Spina (private beach 400 m in Lido di Spina with sand). Lido di Spina: fishing 200 m and tennis 500 m.

Kitchenette in the living room with gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave. 2 bathrooms each with shower, toilet, and bidet.
