The property is located in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view of the sea from the property and its quiet, sunny, and secluded hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, porch swing, campfire site, and courtyard.

Makarska, 130 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence, a hedge, and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 30 m). Parking in garage, carport, and on the street in front of the house.

1st floor: Living room (15 sqm) with seating area, TV, fireplace, DVD player and access to the balcony. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 2 single beds. Kitchen (25 sqm) with dining area (8 seats), (induction hob, 4 plates), oven, dishwasher, fridge (80 l, freezer compartment), coffee machine and access to the balcony.
