The standalone holiday home. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet, sunny, and secluded location in the forest and by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Toboggan.

Blato/Island Korčula, district Črnja Luka. The holiday house is located on a 2000 sqm open plot with shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a road (paved). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. Only in the living room. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.

Leisure
boccia / petanque. In the complex: boccia / petanque.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.

Living room with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, sitting area, TV, and dining area. 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room with electric stove (4 plates), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, and window.

Included in the price: internet access, baby cot, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, water, final cleaning, hand towels, sunloungers, Bed linen (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).

The house does not match the price we paid. 1. 400 € is a lot of money for 7 days. The "house" which is actually an apartment on the ground floor was unfortunately not inviting at all. As you can read in my review. It is a pity that the situation is not properly checked on the spot.

Unfortunately I'm on booking. com better off.

The very quiet location, terrace overlooking the sea, the rocky access to the sea for me was easier than walking difficulties as a gravel or sandy beach, the whole environment with the figs and olive trees was fantastic. Adequate broadly the description on the website. We would not hesitate to go back again.
