Selce. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Close to the beach. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds on couch/sofa. Kitchen with TV, dining area (6 seats), electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

Included in the price: internet access, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, hand towels.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 5 € per person per stay. Short stay surcharge (less than 3 nights) obligatory 30% per booking per stay.
Costs on the spot: On request: air conditioning 5 € per object per day.

It was a great holiday! The location is great, not far from the beach and the bars, cafés etc. are within walking distance. It was easy to park two cars. The landlady is very nice and helpful. Every 3 days there are new towels and even the beds were made up in the 14 days. We liked it very much.

The accommodation was fully equipped and very clean. 2 parking spaces in front of the house. The location is perfect because u beach. Town Center. The landlady was very friendly.

The landlady was very nice and helpful. The equipment is for the most part pretty old, partly missing cutlery and glasses, but everything tiptop clean.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Dear helpful owner. He welcomed us with three chilled beers. Only the microscope was defeated.
