Description
The detached holiday home, renovated in 2015, is furnished in the typical regional style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.
Location
Tribalj. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The plot has a total area of 350 m2, of which the house with enclosed courtyard is 200 m2. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 40 m). Parking (for 3 cars) in a garage and on the property. One parking space in the garage and two parking spaces on the property, all within the house complex.

Air conditioning. Two split air conditioning units plus two portable air conditioners. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.
Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September, 6 m x 4 m, 1.4 m deep).

Bedroom (18 sqm) with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each (20 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

Simply perfect! The holiday home was well equipped, very clean and comfortably furnished. The location was quiet and ideal for excursions. We felt at home from the very first moment and would love to come back. The hosts were also super friendly and uncomplicated. An absolute recommendation!
