The detached holiday home is rustically furnished. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property over the lake and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Tribalj. The holiday house is situated on an 80 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, central heating, electric heating. 2 air conditioning units. Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), PC, iron and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September, 3.5 m x 7 m, 1.5 m deep). The pool is under construction and will be operational from 01/05/2020.

Diving in Selce 9 km. Tribalj: fishing 200 m and horse riding 500 m. Tribalj Lake 200 m.

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor and leads via an external staircase directly into the kitchen.
Ground floor: Kitchen with dining area, electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Separate WC with washing machine, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Living room with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, seating area, TV and radio. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 cot. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed, access to the terrace (50 sqm, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, parasol) and with lake view, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
