The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Balatonkenese. The holiday apartment is located on a 275 sqm enclosed plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the street in front of the house. Parking is free throughout the town.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas), underfloor heating. Cot, internet access (WiFi), washing machine and dryer. Television reception via cable.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers.

The house does not have luxury equipment but has everything necessary for us and was absolutely sufficient. It was clean, no mold and no musty or other unpleasant odor. Acceptance and delivery on arrival and departure worked wonderfully.
