The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. Garage for 1 car.

Everything was Ok Kitchen a bit small otherwise everything was there.
The parasol on the terrace should be better secured.
