Description

The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1990, renovated in 2020, and furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and a campfire site.

Csopak. The holiday apartment is located on a 400 sqm garden plot with lawn and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road. Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (WiFi) and iron. TV reception is via cable. German and English.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and smoke detectors.

Shopping 600 m, restaurant 800 m, town centre 800 m. Indoor pool, disco, cinema, airport each 5 km in Balatonfüred. Csopak: doctor, pharmacy each 1000 m. Train station 2.5 km. Railway line 2.5 km. Children's playground 600 m. The Szent Donát winery is nearby. The restaurants MARGA and Petrányi are also within walking distance. In summer: Lake Balaton 2.5 km in Csopak (beach 2.5 km in Csopak with meadow and sand). Tennis, water sports each 5 km in Balatonfüred. Csopak: horse riding 1500 m, fishing 2 km and boat rental, boat dock each 2.5 km. Ideal place for excursions, hiking, cycling, horse riding. Wine tasting is possible in the wine cellars on the slopes of Csopak. Lake Balaton and the beach of Csopak offer relaxation for water and sun lovers.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor and leads through the terrace directly into the anteroom with doors to all rooms. Living room with sitting area, TV, fireplace and access to the terrace. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. American kitchen with dining area (6 seats), gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet. Separate toilet with WC.

Smoking is not allowed in the premises.
