Description
The detached holiday home, built in 1997, is furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, hammock, campfire site, and courtyard. A travel cot for children is available free of charge.

Cserszegtomaj. The holiday house is situated on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor, covered, level, wheelchair accessible and leads directly into the anteroom with a seating area. The ground floor and the apartment on the upper floor are accessible from the foreground.
Ground Floor: Living Kitchen (40 sqm) with seating area, TV, fireplace, dining area and access to the balcony (40 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed on a folding bed. American Kitchen in the living kitchen (40 sqm) with TV, dining area (8 seats), gas stove (1 flame), (3 plates), oven, refrigerator (200 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony access to the terrace. Separate WC (8 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window.
1st Floor: Bedroom (15 sqm) with 2 single beds, (suitable for under 10 years), 1 cot and access to the balcony (4 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). Bathroom (12 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window.

Super holiday
It was a paradise for us and our dogs (Irish wolfhounds), they could run around, lie in the garden and much more. The landlady is a very nice and lovely lady and spoiled us with some Hungarian delicacies. It was a wonderful holiday. We can recommend it with a clear conscience.

We were greeted very friendly on arrival. The landlady spoke good German and gave us many suggestions for leisure activities. Especially the thermal bath in Heviz was very nice. Also in the city of Keszethely we liked the pedestrian zone and the market very much. The Gasttsätte "sun" is highly recommended. The staff is very friendly, the food very good and inexpensive.
