Due to the ground-level room layout, the 4* North Sea holiday home "Residenz Belair Schmidt" is barrier-free, particularly senior-friendly and suitable for people with mobility restrictions. The house is easily habitable with a rollator, please contact the landlord if you use a wheelchair. Allergy sufferers can also feel at home here, so unfortunately pets are not allowed.
The 4* North Sea holiday home "Residenz Belair Schmidt" has a total living area of 72 m² and has free WLAN, there are roller shutters and fly screens on all windows; 2 bedrooms with double beds in comfort height (mattresses with hardness level of 3) each with a flat screen TV; 1 bathroom with window and extra wide level shower and shower stool; separate guest toilet with window; living room with leather sofa and large flat-screen TV as well as DVD player; a dining area as well as a very well-equipped separate kitchen with Tassimo coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, baby bottle warmer, blender...and, and, and

Our 4* holiday homes "Residence Belair Schmidt", "Villa Belair Schmidt" and "Chalet Belair Schmidt" are located villa Belair Schmidt" and "Chalet Belair Schmidt" are located in the seaside resort of Dorum-Neufeld in an idyllic setting - midway between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven - directly on the Wurster North Sea coast just a 5-minute walk from the dyke. A region characterised by natural forces and perfect nature. Enjoy your free time to relax.
In Dorum-Neufeld everything is within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home you will find a small grocery shop and various bakeries. Various restaurants with different food offers have something for every taste and hunger
The green bathing beach, which directly adjoins the "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park", offers bathing fun in the summer. There is an extra "dog beach" for four-legged friends to let off steam
A small indoor wellness pool invites you to bathe and pamper yourself at 28°C in bad weather. Right next to the open-air wave pool is the National Park House, where those interested in nature can find out about the Wadden Sea National Park. Guided mudflat walks are also offered.
For children of all ages, there is the large children's playhouse at the harbour. The lovely educators always provide a varied programme with many activities to join in.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 28 days before the arrival date.
In the event of a cancellation, a fee of 25.00 Euros always applies! Subsequently, the following cancellation fees will be incurred:
• up to 4 weeks before the arrival date: 60% of the total amount
• up to 3 weeks before the arrival date: 70% of the total amount
• up to 2 weeks before the arrival date: 80% of the total amount
• up to 1 week before the arrival date: 90% of the total amount
• from 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount
In the event of early departure or no-show, there will be no partial refund of the rental price!!!

What more could one want?

Dear Schmidt family,
For the 4th time in a row, I am now staying in one of your 3 accommodations in Dorum-Neufeld, and I must say, nice, nicer, the nicest.
The house in Mövenweg 3, newly built in 2018, was absolutely wonderful.
The entire property is very beautifully landscaped, leading many other Dorum guests to stop and admire the estate. You could hear the words "oh, how beautiful" over and over again. The interior of the bungalow is very high quality, and in this house too, the cabinets are full and nothing was missing. From A for car parking space to Z for matches for the lovingly placed tea lights, everything is available.
