House USEMÜ is located near a small village, Useriner Mühle, by Lake Useriner. The FH itself has a fenced 2000 sqm property with a park-like character and a beautiful view of the surrounding forest and meadow landscape. On foot (60m), our guests reach a separate smaller lake property with a private bathing spot, jetty, rowing boat, and a cozy seating area. The holiday property includes a grill, sun loungers, parasol, and two terraces (1x covered). The house has a wood stove on each of the two levels. Here, one can enjoy cozy hours even in cooler weather.

A great holiday home for relaxation.
This little patch of earth can only be recommended. We felt super comfortable. With the boat, you can go on beautiful trips. You get a different view of nature and can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whatever you need for life can be obtained quickly in the nearby Rheinsberg. The house is very beautiful, wonderfully flooded with light, and the cozy fireplace evenings were always a nice end. With a bit of luck, you can see pine martens, black woodpeckers, squirrels, bats, and cormorants. The waters around Zootzensee are wonderful to explore and a dream for any angler. We had a super nice vacation in this truly great house by the lake. Thank you also to Mrs. Wehden for the friendly handling and service.
