The holiday home has a living/dining area on the ground floor with a wood-burning stove and kitchenette.

Upstairs is a cosy master bedroom (double bed), a cot if needed and a (children's) room with 2 single beds

Idyllic seaside resort between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven. With its cutter harbour, green beach, mudflats and lighthouse, it offers everything you need for a real North Sea holiday
For children, there are plenty of playgrounds and a lovely playhouse (free with the spa card). There is a separate dog beach for dogs.
Dorum-Neufeld offers an open-air and indoor pool with its Watt'n Bad.
During the season, you can swim here regardless of the low tide times (free of charge with the guest card).
The large outdoor wave pool invites you to do so. Water slides make not only children's hearts beat faster.

Outside the season, the indoor pool is open and can be used at a lower price on presentation of the guest card.

Cancellation terms:
The resignation must be made in writing. If the tenant cancels the contract or does not occupy the rental object, a reasonable compensation for the loss of rent is to be paid in the event that the object could not be otherwise occupied or if the rental income achieved is significantly lower. The compensation for the loss of rent amounts to 10% of the rental price up to 45 days before the start of the rental period, 25% of the rental price from 44 to 30 days before the start of the rental, 60% of the rental price from 29 to 8 days before the start of the rental.

Pure North Sea !!!
That's how I imagine the North Sea - sun, wind, mudflats, sand, and seagulls. We spent wonderful and entertaining days in the vacation home Seehund in Dorum - Neufeld. That was not difficult, because our accommodation left nothing to be desired. Even during the nightly rain and storms, our bicycles were securely stored in the shed. Even the trailer for our Labrador Molly found a place. Everything needed for a vacation was available in the house. The dog-proof fenced garden not only pleased our Molly, but we also used it daily with the great covered terrace and the chic beach chair. It was difficult for us to say goodbye, as we also had to say goodbye to our beloved neighbor Doris. However, we will come back!

Very beautiful house, perfect for vacation with a dog, everything you need is available, 5 minutes to the beach and ideal for hiking, at the fishing port, crabs directly from the boat, simply beautiful, we felt very comfortable

A cozy little house to feel good!
Dear Mrs. Wirth,
We were able to spend 2 weeks with our dog in your cottage on vacation. From the very first moment, we felt comfortable. A very tastefully furnished holiday home. Thanks to a lot of sunshine, we could often enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden with our Balu. Nothing was missing really. If possible, we would have gladly extended our stay. We would love to come back.

Wonderful holiday accommodation
We found a lovingly furnished house, clean and well equipped.... almost perfect... except for the spiral staircase!!! The location is excellent.. short distances to the beach and meadows, which was very important for us as dog owners. We will gladly come back and can only recommend it.
