Description

The charming domicile invites you to relax. An extra bed is possible. The apartment is about 38 m², the terrace about 15 m² and you can have breakfast, read or spend the day relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with sink, refrigerator, 2 plate stove, immersion heater, coffee machine, pots, pans, dishes, The marble bathroom is with WC and shower. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Of course we will help you with the transport to the apartment.

Location and surroundings of object

Agia Anna is a small fishing village that has been discovered in recent years by tourism. There are small mini markets, car, moped and bicycle rental, ATM and of course bars, taverns and cafes. During the season the bus departs every 20 minutes to Chora, the capital of Naxos. 5 minutes on foot above Agia Anna is the Kapares hill on which our apartment is situated. From Kapares, where the apartment is located, as well as from Agia Anna it takes 5 minutes to reach the Plaka beach. This most beautiful beach of the island is 7 km long, there are water sports facilities, sunbeds and umbrellas, but also corners where you can be very alone. At the end of the poster beach you can also ride horses. Diving is possible in the neighbouring village (1 km). Agia Anna also has a beach which is very suitable for families with small children.

a haven of peace

What a joy to reside in this simple and beautiful place. The owner will warmly welcome you, advising you on lovely adventures in the area. Here, everything is close and easily reachable by lovely paths. We spent a stay of almost two weeks where time stood still.... I recommend it to you!

Comfy Naxian studio with beautiful view

I had a very comfortable stay in this studio. Christos came to pick me up from the bus station, drove me all the way to the place and helped me with my luggage. The studio is very clean, has all the necessities and is close to all places you want to go to. It’s ten minutes walk from Agia Anna where you have all the stores, restaurants and a beautiful beach. The complex is secluded enough to have all the quiet you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful view at sunset, or sunrise. Christos and his wife are very welcoming and warm hosts who are always ready to help with anything or give the best recommendations. Overall, I would definitely recommend this studio, and would also love to book it again in the future.

A place to feel good

My daughter and I felt wonderful at home. The accommodation is typically Greek and has a dreamlike view of the sea. The rooftop terrace invites you to enjoy the sunset… unbelievably beautiful! The landlords are very helpful and super nice! The landlord speaks fluent German. Overall, a dream vacation on Naxos, we would love to come back!

Good

We stayed for 3 nights in August. The apartment is only a few meters from the beach (a 10-minute walk), it's nice with the typical white/blue style, it has everything you need for cooking, etc. If you need to do some grocery shopping, there is a mini market within walking distance in a few minutes. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets by going up to the terrace shared with other neighbors. The owners are lovely people at your disposal for any need or information you may have. One small detail is that since it is a seaside location, mosquitoes are present, so make sure to bring lotions or whatever else you need. Apart from that, nothing to complain about, good value for money. Recommended.

Beautiful view

Very nice small and large studios. The complex is on a hill and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the great sunset every evening. The beach and the beautiful little harbour are not far away and easy to reach on foot. Very friendly hosts and all in all a very good price-performance ratio. We have been there four or five times and definitely not the last.

Super cute apartment

We had a great time on an island that has remained quite authentic. The studios are very close to the sea and near the taverns along the sea. The friendly owners helped us a lot and on several occasions (car rental, etc.). Excellent quality and price ratio. We will come back.

Great accommodation and super hosts

We had a wonderful time in Titos and Trixi's flat. They have great holiday flats and we didn't want for anything. The flat was beautiful, clean and well equipped. You can have a relaxed breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the sunset with a view of the sea on the roof terrace. Titos and Trixi took good care of us, offered us help and provided us with tips. Communication was also quick and flawless.
The location of the flats is quiet, but you can still reach everything easily on foot. Restaurants, supermarkets and the beaches are only a few minutes away. We will definitely come back!

Cozy super accommodation, beach, clean sea, mountains, valleys, hiking, and great restaurants everywhere.

Dear Trixi and Titos, thank you for the wonderful time with you, we felt totally comfortable in your studio and the hospitable and homely atmosphere. The apartment was great and well-equipped, and the way to the beach and many restaurants was just minutes away. Wifi connection was always good. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful picturesque place! Myself and my girlfriend arrived by Ferry to Naxos from Athens and were immediately warmly greeted by Trixi and Titos, our hosts and owners. Trixi and Titos knew the island so well and gave us a brief overview of the island and its history as we made our way by car back to their apartments. The apartments are set on top of a small hill with breathtaking views of Naxos. We stayed in a lovely one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen/sitting room, bedroom, ensuite, private terrace, and roof garden. We arrived at the end of April and, although the weather was fantastic during the day, once the sun went down, we were grateful for the apartment's air conditioning (hot & cold) and the warm blankets provided by Trixi and Titos. Our hosts were amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. Having their local knowledge was a huge advantage in organizing transportation and other needs. They guided us to the best and most affordable choices and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, activities, and beaches throughout our vacation! There’s so much to do on the island with options like hiking some of the most beautiful trails in Greece, visiting the stunning beaches (only a 5/10 minute walk from the apartments), horse riding, scuba diving, wind surfing and much more. You can really do most water sports on the island, which was a real treat! I cannot recommend Naxos & Agia Anna Hill apartments more. You won’t be let down and you will find it difficult not to make it a regular summer holiday destination. Thank you Trixi and Titos for a very memorable vacation to Naxos!! Darren

The best vacation!

On the beautiful Cyclades island of Naxos, we were able to enjoy a fantastic vacation. We felt totally comfortable in our stylish and cozy accommodation, located in a quiet area and within walking distance of everything. Take a break from the stressful everyday life.

Thanks to the help of the landlords, I arrived very easily and uncomplicatedly from the port to my apartment in Agia Anna. Here I was warmly welcomed by Trixi and Titos (the landlords) and I was shown the holiday complex, as well as the ways to the beach and the village. My apartment was clean and equipped with everything necessary. In the evenings, I often cooked and read comfortably on the terrace, but there are also many taverns and restaurants on the beach and in the small fishing village. The paths there are very short, as described. With the help of the landlords, I was able to rent a car at a reasonable price and explore the mountains. Overall, it was a great and stress-free vacation with friendly and helpful landlords who were able to help me with any questions and gave me great tips for exploring the island. I would love to come back again!

Wonderful holiday experience, nice owners.

The landlords (Trixi and Titos) are very nice and uncomplicated. The accommodation itself is clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The beach is within walking distance, and the two landlords are very helpful and can provide good information and tips to easily explore the rest of the island. Both speak fluent German and are knowledgeable.
