The minimum rental period is 3 months. In the high season we charge 19,000 THB per month as rent
In the low season from 1 April to 31 October we offer a discount of 15%, i.e. 3,000 THB - this corresponds to 16,000 THB per month as rent.
The rental price includes cleaning of the studio once a week, changing and washing of bed linen and towels. Water and electricity will be charged according to your consumption.
When you make your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total rent. We will refund this up to 14 days before the start of the rental period if you have to cancel. The rental price must be paid in advance with your reservation or in cash upon arrival.
We strongly recommend that you take out medical/foreign travel insurance.
How to get to Jomtien Condotel
From Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport, take a taxi at a cost of approximately 1800 THB plus tip of 100 THB. The journey takes about 1½ hours via the toll (100 THB) M7 highway. Alternatively, you can take the airport bus which costs less than 140 THB and stops directly opposite the entrance to the Condotel complex (approx. 2 hours travel time).
