Description
You live on the ground floor, the landlords live on the upper floor. If you have any questions, you will always have a contact person on site. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea view. A garden grill as well as a gas grill is present. 2 parking spaces are available at the house. In the living room there is a sofa bed for one additional person.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the district Ribarica, about 5 km. from Karlobag. The nearest airport for flights from Germany is in Zadar, about 90 km away, by car we need from Bremen ( km.) about 14 hrs. Ribarica is a small quiet place where you can enjoy the season
in a small bakery you can buy bread, cakes etc., there are two restaurants and a small market nearby. In Karlobag you will find more possibilities for eating and shopping. It is very quiet and pleasant to relax.

The water is very clean and clear. Since there are no industrial plants here and because of the near Velebitgebirge always a light wind blows the air is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. if you drive direction Gospic, you will find after approx. 20min. drive a completely different landscape - green forests, deep valleys and high mountains - an ideal environment for hiking.

Great relaxation in a beautiful place.
That was the best vacation for all of us. The accommodation had even more to offer than we expected. The hosts were welcoming and you immediately feel on vacation. Simply wonderful. The nature is impressive. Simply wonderful. For people who appreciate nature.

Super house and even better hosts

A dream!
Arrive and feel at home. The flat and the landlords make that easy. No wonder. A dream sea with small bathing bays in a quiet area, a tiptop flat with a great terrace and nice, helpful landlords

Pure relaxation
Beautiful, clean and very well-equipped large apartment. Enjoying the amazing view of the sea from the large terrace in the morning for breakfast has something special. The sea is only 150 m away from the house and very clear and clean. When you leave the front door and look to the left, you can see the Velebit mountains. The location is uniquely beautiful and peaceful. It is only a few minutes by car to the nearest town where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks and the atmosphere of a small harbor town. Would definitely come back.

Great vacation apartment with welcoming landlords.
We arrived at the vacation rental after a very long journey - late in the evening. There, we were immediately pleasantly surprised because the landlords warmly welcomed us. The apartment left nothing to be desired. It was very clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped. With the view of the sea and the large terrace, we could enjoy every meal at any time of the day. The town of Cesarica is quiet, far away from any tourism, and invites you to relax. In the approximately 5 km away town of Karlobag, there were small grocery stores and restaurants where you could linger comfortably with a view of the sea. The larger sights, which were also heavily visited by tourists, such as Istria, Plitvice Lakes, Zadar, etc. were approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours away by car. After these exhausting trips, the vacation rental offered us the necessary peace to process what we experienced and to rest. The landlords fulfilled every wish and made our stay a special experience with their lovable manner. Thank you again to Darinka and Kalle.
