Καλώς ήρθατε! Welcome to our holiday home on the beautiful island of Naxos. Only about 300m above the white beach of Agios Prokopios it lies in the middle of a large, old grown garden with olives, eucalyptus, almond trees and many vines.
From the south veranda you have a view over the garden to the bay with its incomparable turquoise, clear water - over to the neighbouring island of Paros and further over the Cyclades.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home Spiti Stelida is situated about 300 m above the beach of Agios Prokopios on the hill of Stelida.
The house offers a lot of space for up to 6 persons: 3 bedrooms, 1 spacious living room on two levels with dining area, large lounge, fireplace, TV, stereo system and lots of reading material, a well equipped kitchen (we like to cook ourselves :-) and a bathroom.
Whereby life is mostly outside: On the wine shaded south veranda with view to the sea and the beautiful old garden with vines, fruit and olive trees, oleanders ...
Our beach with the small chapel of the patron saint Agios Prokopios can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. To the place of the same name, one walks relaxed in a quarter of an hour.
Agios Prokopios is a charming little bathing resort with typical taverns, cafés and bars by the sea, small supermarkets, boutiques and many other shopping possibilities. The bus to Naxos town (Chora) or to Plaka, the beaches of the neighbouring village Agia Anna, runs every 30 minutes during the season. And even the taxi rank is idyllically situated :-)

Cancellation terms:
You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in by 12 noon CET (Central European Time). Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in will be refunded 50% of the booking amount less the first night's rate and the cancellation fee.

We support the local Naxos Animal Welfare Society (NAWS), which has done a fantastic job over the past 15 years, especially in our area. That's why our guests, if they wish, can feed and cuddle the almost famous "Stelida cats" in the garden or on the veranda, who come to visit our Spiti Stelida every now and then. Nice company and a lot of gratitude are guaranteed! Only they are not allowed in the house, that is of course taboo.

A beautiful holiday house and "at home"
The Spiti Stelida was our most beautiful surprise on Naxos! A large, beautifully and tastefully furnished home, where you immediately feel warmth and family history. The view of the sea and the beautiful, peaceful location on a hill in front of Agios Prokopios offer plenty of space to let your thoughts wander and find peace. And then there are the Stelida cats... you immediately feel at home.

A great house in a very nice location
We have been on many cottage holidays. I think this house is one of the nicest we have booked. The location is wonderful: a few kilometres from the beautiful capital Naxos, yet very quiet. In the south a great sandy beach - in the north many small rocky bays with sand. The water is simply "awesome"
About the house: Top-furnished, with a lot of love and taste. Not overloaded, exactly to our taste
Both sides of the sea can be reached by foot without any problems
The kitchen is also optimally equipped
We enjoyed our holidays in Naxos very much................................

Beautiful house, garden and area
We (6 people) had a very nice time on Naxos. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We still miss the terrace, the garden and the cats. The area is relatively quiet and very close to one of the most beautiful beaches of the island.

Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
Thank you for two wonderful weeks in the beautiful and well-equipped Spiti Stelida. We enjoyed every single day and felt at home after just a few days. Tours around the island, swimming at the beach, cooking together in the perfect kitchen, and long evenings on the amazing terrace made time pass far too quickly. Not to mention the highly entertaining Stelida gang. We will gladly come back.

Very nice house with much comfort
We loved the house, very nice inside decoration. the veranda is comfortable, especially when there in a lot of ( north) wind. Although we are not such catlovers, we got used to them and at the end of the week we recognized them all and got attached to them. They were waiting for us in the morning , whishing us a nice day.
Naxos it self is a big island, lot to see and to do ,if you don’t want to go to the beach every day, but a car is necessary.
