You can only say this sentence with enthusiasm when you watch the sailboats on the lake from the terrace during the day or enjoy the breathtakingly beautiful sunset in the evening. In a small village on a 2,500 m² lakeside property with its own natural beach and boat dock, you will find our holiday property. The non-smoking holiday apartment is bright and friendly despite its location in the basement and offers the advantage of direct access to the lakeside property. It is 105 m² in size. 2 bedrooms for 2 people each, a large living area with an open kitchen and dining area, and 1 bathroom offer enough space for 2-4 people. The kitchen is very well equipped. Self-catering is fun here, but eating out is also affordable. SAT-TV with many German television channels is available. The terrace is equipped with chairs with seat cushions, a table, and a sunshade. Next door, a lounge and a shower bathroom can be shared. On the lake side, belonging to the lounge, there is a large terrace with barbecue facilities. Our guests have access to a gas grill and a charcoal grill. You can also use our sunbathing lawn with loungers and cushions and a beautiful swing. You can seek the company of other vacationers, but there are also many niches and corners to enjoy the peace undisturbed. A campfire site by the lake can also be used. The laundry room in the house is equipped with a washing machine and dryer (both subject to a fee), as well as an ironing board and iron. Bed linen and towels must be brought. Bed linen can also be provided for a fee; towels, for organizational reasons, cannot. Various bicycles as well as a rowing boat, a kayak, and a SUP are available and may be used free of charge.
Anyone seeking peace and relaxation, wanting to really switch off, who loves water and nature but does not want to do without comfort, is in good hands with us.

Location and surroundings of object
Masuria, land of a thousand lakes. Land surveyors have counted 3312 larger lakes on an area of 1500 km², not taking into account the many small ones. Our apartment is located directly on the Great Masurian Lake District. Surrounded by the towns of Wegorzewo, Sztynort, Gizycko, Mikolajki, Ryn, Ruciane Nida and Pisz, a 200 km long water paradise has been created connected by canals.
An eldorado for people who seek peace and quiet, love hiking, cycling, horseback riding, water sports, canoeing, rowing, sailing, swimming or fishing, who are connected to nature and appreciate the remarkable diversity of wildlife.
Many museums of local history, old castles, manor residences, knight's castles, the pilgrimage church Heilige Linde, as well as Hitler's large war quarter, the Wolfsschanze, can be reached in the immediate vicinity.
But also nature reserves and national parks.
In Mikolajki and Gizycko, cruises with excursion boats can give an extended impression of the lake landscape.
Shopping facilities are available in Ryn, 2 km away. There are also restaurants and a gas station. The cities of Mragowo, Ketrzyn and Gizycko offer even more.
In summer there are many events, festivals and town festivals.
The large property with its own natural beach and jetty also invites you to simply stay and relax.

Beautiful Masuria right by the water
We felt very comfortable here. The apartment is top equipped. Highlight swimming and paddling from the jetty in the garden. Very nice hosts. We would love to come back.

Beautiful flat
We spontaneously rented the holiday home for our summer holiday. The house, the flat and the location are fantastic. The flat has high-quality furnishings. Everything is clean and tidy. The accessories in the flat and especially in the kitchen are more than sufficient, there is nothing lacking. The landlords are very hospitable and uncomplicated. You feel at home here and would like to spend another holiday in and around the "Haus am See". A clear recommendation!

Pure relaxation in a dreamlike setting directly by the lake
We spent a week with our young children (5 and 1 years old) in the ground floor vacation apartment. The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped, partly even better than at home :-). The landlords are very concerned about the well-being of the guests and offer many facilities of the house (rowing boat, swing, bicycles, sandbox, games etc.) for shared use. A fantastic vacation!
