Description

The holiday home is located in the holiday resort Les Jardin de Portiragnes. To the sea and the beautiful sandy beach it is only a 5 minute walk.
It consists of a living/dining room with an integrated kitchenette. The kitchen has an electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee machine and various pots, pans, dishes, glasses,
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a double bed with a wardrobe.
The 2nd bedroom is on the ground floor and has a French bed with a single bunk bed above.
In addition there is a bathroom and a separate toilet as well as a washing machine.
To the house belongs a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and an awning, a small garden and an annex.
There is also an electric grill and a 2-plate stove so you can grill or cook on the terrace.
In the complex, directly at the house, there is a community pool which is open from about mid-June to about the end of September.
There is also a numbered parking lot available. This is located in the closed area of the plant.
WLAN is available at the tourist information office only a few meters from the house.

Location and surroundings of object

The cottage is only a few minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach. Portiragnes Plage nestles harmoniously into the landscape, as there are no large hotels or other unsightly buildings here. Several small self-contained residences are grouped around the two marketplaces, where a market takes place several times a week during the season. In the village itself there are restaurants, cafes, various small shops and boutiques as well as bakeries, a wine merchant, a fish shop and a butcher shop.

For the cleaning at the end of the stay we charge 40,00€ (this can be done by the tenant himself),

The visitor's tax is already included in the rental price.

Only approx. 500 metres from the house begins an extensive nature reserve with a diverse fauna and flora.
The Canal du Midi also runs through Portiragnes Plage and can be easily reached on foot

There are also idyllic villages, beautiful towns, wineries, fortresses such as Carcassonne, caves and churches to visit.

Well-maintained family-friendly house in a great location!

We have been coming to this holiday home for several years now and are looking forward to it again.

The apartment is always handed over very clean and offers everything you need. A nice detail: thanks to a practical hot plate on the terrace, we can almost always cook and eat outside.

We really like the location in Portiragnes Plage. There is always something going on in the village, without it being completely overrun by tourists. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the public beach. For the morning jogging round, the nearby nature reserve and the Canal du Midi are just around the corner – a really beautiful route.

The contact with the landlords is always very nice and uncomplicated.

Conclusion: A well-maintained family-friendly house in a great location. The price-performance ratio is very good.

A beautiful holiday

We spent a lovely and relaxing holiday in Portiragnes Plage.
The location of the holiday home is quiet and sunny. The sandy beach is wonderful.
The house is functional but lovingly furnished. Everything necessary is available.
The handling was uncomplicated, the landlords are very nice and helpful. The price-performance ratio is right.
We will definitely come back.
