Great vacation cottage that invites you to come back!

We (family with 2 children) spent a wonderful week of summer vacation this year in the Libelle in Bredene, with the best weather.

From the booking to the vacation, everything was just as one could wish for. The contact with the landlords was super friendly at all times, everything went smoothly, and we were always kept informed. No matter what questions we had, we were always helped in a very kind and accommodating manner. That's how one wishes it to be! We can only report positive things about the house itself: It is very lovingly furnished, and everything one needs was available. We would also like to mention the wonderful and well-organized guest booklet that we received as a PDF before our stay to familiarize ourselves with everything. The cleanliness can also only be praised at this point! Here, you arrive with the motto: "Open the door and have a vacation"! Bredene itself is a great and lively holiday resort, and there are many excursion destinations around Bredene that we couldn't manage in a week. A tip is the night market on Friday evening, where we had a lot of fun and delicious food.

We would like to say thank you again and will definitely come back!

Beautiful house for vacationing

The Dragonfly House is equipped with everything you need. We found it spotless upon our arrival. The terrace and garden are very well maintained and clean. One immediately feels like they are on vacation after arrival. Garden umbrellas, loungers with very good cushions, a grill, bicycles, toys for children, and much more are available on site. I can recommend this house with a clear conscience. We had a very pleasant vacation.

Great family vacation

I can really recommend the Libelle holiday home to everyone! We were able to spend a quiet and relaxing family holiday in this cozy holiday home! The holiday home was super clean and perfectly equipped! The best thing for us was the fenced garden, the beach wagon, and the fly screens on the bedroom windows. We felt very comfortable! All routes can easily be reached by bike, whether to the supermarket around the corner, to the bakery, or to the beach! But Bruges is easily accessible by car as well.

The facility is great for kids. There is a heated pool, a playground, and of course, the nearby beach!

a little house for relaxing

The price-performance ratio is absolutely justified and you will find everything as shown in the photos. A clean, fully equipped holiday home where you can relax perfectly. The large -not visible- garden invites you to relax and the tranquility in the entire holiday park also contributes to this. The landlord is very accommodating and concerned about the well-being of the guests.

Conclusion: Overall everything is excellent - highly recommended.

We stayed in the "Libelle" for 1 week and felt very, very comfortable.
The little cottage is equipped with all comforts, we lacked nothing.
After long bike rides, we always looked forward to a warm and cozy home.
Everything is easily accessible by bike. Ostend has a super beautiful beach promenade, you can cover many kilometers by bike there.
Everything in the holiday folder was so well described (we had never seen anything like it before) and the landlords are very accommodating, which really pleased us.
So this holiday home is highly recommended, we will definitely come back.

Absolutely recommendable.

We stayed at the "Libelle" for 3 days and felt very comfortable despite the windy and rainy weather. The accommodation is comfortable and lacks nothing. The house is so cozy, high quality, and lovingly furnished that we enjoyed being there. All necessary shops are easily accessible, and cycling along the coast to Ostend or in the other direction is wonderful. Highly recommended is the small bakery at Dorpsstraat 82 (Bredene) with its own pastries at affordable prices. The landlord or landlady is always available in the background for any questions. But actually, everything is so well explained and described that no wishes or questions are left unanswered. For us, it was an experiment because we had never been to a holiday resort before. It was worth it. We had very relaxing days and will gladly come back.

Great vacation with young children

We spent our first family vacation here with two young children (12 months and 2.5 years). The garden is completely fenced, so the children could move around and play freely.
The house is very well-equipped. There is a high chair and a foldable wagon. Everything else you might need is also there, such as kitchen utensils, a hairdryer in the bathroom, and a vacuum cleaner.
The nearest beach is clean and very beautiful. Depending on how much luggage you have, it is better to drive by car.
We felt very comfortable here and can only recommend it!

Great facilities and quiet yet centrally located.

The holiday home is beautifully furnished, remarkably clean, and exceptionally well-equipped. The garden is also very well-maintained. Finally, a house where the amount of dishes is also suitable for the presence and economical use of a dishwasher for 2 people! The available books, CDs, DVDs, and entertainment electronics devices also make rainy days not boring. The location was ideal for us, close to the house of our friends and with the bike close to a sports park (Beach-Volleyball was actually the reason for the trip), near various bakeries, supermarkets, the beach, and the city with restaurants. From here, you can make wonderful bike tours on well-developed and scenic bike paths to Oostende, Bruges, and other beautiful destinations. Lastly, the landlord took care to ensure that everything went smoothly. The provided documents (house folder) were very helpful. We really enjoyed the week!

We spent a wonderful holiday with our two boys in the holiday home Libelle. The house is very cozy and well equipped. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we immediately felt comfortable. Very well-kept holiday home with terrace and pretty garden. Nothing is missing. Quiet and close to the beach. Beautiful dune landscape. Plenty of shopping and shopping opportunities in Bredene, Oostende, De Haan, and Blankenberge. The attractive old towns in Bruges and Ghent are just as easily accessible as the French and Dutch coasts. Finally, a very nice contact with the landlord. Everything perfect. It was beautiful days.

We were four people in the holiday house over New Year's Eve. We really enjoyed our stay, mainly due to the beautiful accommodation. It is very lovingly, comprehensively, and high-quality furnished (everything is available in the kitchen, high-quality electrical appliances). Vacation with the comfort of home!

We spent just under a week on vacation in the Libelle holiday home and we are thrilled!

The house is very well-maintained, clean, and incredibly lovingly and thoughtfully furnished. It simply lacks nothing - be it the kitchen equipment (ceramic hob, dishwasher!), the living room (flat screen with satellite TV, comfortable sofas) or the bedrooms (excellent beds).

The cottage comes with a small, privacy-protected garden with a variety of flowers. Simply great - our daughter loved exploring every corner of the garden.
Highly recommended for a family vacation! The free pool of the complex can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the beach in 10 minutes by car. If the mood is more towards exploration, the surrounding area offers many attractive destinations. Highly recommended are de Haan with its Art Nouveau villas and Bruges, the Venice of the North.

We spent 10 days at the Dragonfly holiday home at the beginning of April. We really enjoyed our vacation. The holiday home offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is nicely furnished and very clean. The location of the holiday home is very good. We brought our bikes and a bike trailer for our children and were able to take beautiful trips. Short holiday by the sea

Cosily furnished holiday home in a beautiful, traffic-calmed area (10 km/h permitted; smaller children can also cycle or inline skate here). Good equipment of kitchen and flat, also German TV programmes. The not far large and clean sandy beach between Oostende and De Haan is within walking distance; but there are also many free parking spaces on the coast.
