You will stay with us in a year-round wooden house, furnished to a high standard - on the edge of the village in a very quiet corner, surrounded by the beautiful pine and beech forest of the nature reserve. It is situated in a 2000m² enclosed plot on which there are two other houses of the same type, which are rented out to families from Germany. The distance between the houses and the terraces ensure the necessary privacy for every holiday tenant. A playground for children and amenities for adults round off the garden property. The house can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.
On the ground floor you will find a large living room with fireplace, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace where you can relax at a large table while enjoying a meal or a cup of coffee. A bright bedroom with a comfortable double bed is also available on the ground floor. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washing machine. The other three bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the first floor, accessible via the open wooden staircase. Each bedroom can sleep two people and is furnished with either a double bed or single beds. The largest bedroom has a balcony. An internet connection and satellite TV are available, German channels are available.

Location and surroundings of object

The grocery stores with the local specialities - freshly smoked fish, fruit, vegetables and fresh eggs from local suppliers - are nearby. The beach (long and wide) can be reached in about 15-20 min. with a walk through the beautiful forest, or even faster by car to the parking lot near the beach, with a bit of luck and a good eye you will find your piece of amber on the beach. With the bicycle path in the forest you can also easily reach the other tourist resorts of the Amber Coast. A walk along the Vistula River to the mouth and bird sanctuary "Mewia Lacha" with countless bird species is definitely worth it. You can explore the local sights and fairytale-like landscape with the tourist narrow-gauge railway. The sea trips in the Gdansk bay or Vistula river with motor boats or small boats are offered by the local provider.

The water costs (1 cubic metre - 8.00€) and electricity costs (1 kWh - 0.30 cent) are charged according to consumption, firewood - 10€ basket. With 8 persons you will have about 30€ to 40€ additional costs per week. There are no additional payments. The prices for one week are valid for an occupancy of up to 6 persons. For each additional person there is a surcharge of 15€ per night.

Cancellation terms:

If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a subsequent tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the landlord retains the advance payment made by the tenant as compensation. Rescheduling your vacation period is always possible depending on availability within the period of the next 2 years.

The convenient location allows you a fast access to Gdansk about 25 minutes. (either with the motorway or over the Vistula with the ferry) and to many interesting sights of the area. There is Kaszuby with the capital Kartuzy, Marienburg with the largest brick building in Europe, Frombork with the Kopernikusmuseum, Elblag-Kanal and above all the beautiful old town of Gdansk with the Rathausmuseum, Marienkirche, Motlaupromenade, harbour tours and much more. Also Sopot invites with the longest pier and countless cafes and restaurants.

Relaxed holiday by the sea

We two families with different arrival times had a very relaxed and cozy stay in Mikozsewo. The very cozy house and the dreamy, well-maintained garden created a feel-good atmosphere. The amenities in the house were perfect, and there are many spots to relax in the garden. Biking, barbecuing, and play areas for the children are sufficiently available, and the adjacent forest is ideal for playing. The path to the beach leads through the beautiful dune forest, mushrooms and blueberries grow in abundance. The beach is wide and relatively calm, and amber can be found in plenty. Adjacent, the nature reserve of the Vistula Delta is ideal for hiking and birdwatching. For those who prefer a livelier experience, short trips towards Gdańsk, Malbork, and the Vistula Spit are possible. Those seeking peace even in the season are well placed in Mikoszewo, especially with the lovely and very friendly Kosinski family.

Super Holiday House

We had a super great vacation in Mikoszewo, and this is our second time. The house is very welcoming, clean, and stylishly decorated; you feel very comfortable, so it’s a perfect setup. The enclosed grounds with many seating areas invite relaxation. With the car, you can conveniently explore several cities, such as Gdańsk, Sopot, and Gdynia. A huge thank you to the landlord family, Mrs. Zyta Kosinska and her husband. This family speaks very good German and always has an open ear for their guests; both are very nice and friendly.

Oasis of Well-being at the Polish Baltic Sea

Great vacation home with complete furnishings and a beautiful garden right next to the nature reserve to the East Sea beach. Through the picturesque forest, you can reach the stunning sandy beach on foot in about 20 minutes, away from hustle and mass tourism. The vacation home was well-equipped and a great starting point to explore the surroundings. Gdańsk is also easily accessible. We had plenty of space as a "colorful group" (6 people) with 4 bedrooms and had a wonderful week. Thank you very much and gladly again.

Thank you very much for the wonderful vacation and the super beautiful clean house. We, 2 adults, 1 child, and our little Jack Russell lady Jacky have chosen this little house. So we can only recommend it, it is really beautiful there. The house is located on a fenced property at the edge of a forest, along with two other houses. It is perfect for a family with a dog. Jacky also enjoyed running around in the property. You immediately feel comfortable because everything is done with a lot of love, especially the beautiful garden. There is also a small playground included, which I find especially nice for small children. At that time, the landlords were on the property in another house. I didn't find it at all bad because they were also very nice and we could have conversations. So overall, I can simply recommend it because you will feel very comfortable. We will definitely come back!!! Thank you very, very much and we wish the landlords all the best and definitely see you next time. Greetings from Dresden from us and our dog Jacky.

GORGEOUS !!!

We, 6 adults, 1 toddler and a dog, had a wonderful, peaceful vacation in this beautiful house. The house is very clean, cozy and tastefully decorated and lacks nothing. The large, covered terrace has become our second home and was our meeting point in the mornings for breakfast and in the evenings after excursions - e.g. to Gdansk, Malbork (Marienburg), the Vistula Delta, for bike rides or walks to the beautiful natural beach. A special highlight is the beautiful, well-maintained garden, lovingly designed with a lot of love. The landlords speak perfect German and they are very helpful and friendly to humans and animals. Our dog immediately recognized this and often stopped by the Kosinski family during her walks through the garden. The property is completely fenced, so dogs can also move around freely without any worries. We will definitely come back to this idyllic place for our vacation!!!

An oasis of cosiness

Dear Kosinski family,

we would like to thank you once again. The accommodation was a dream. Cleanliness, coziness and comfort are top priorities. You were always there when there were questions and immediately on hand. The process (inquiry, booking and any questions, etc.) was quick and easy. The property and the accommodation are quiet and inviting for rest and relaxation. A short walk and you are at the beach and the sea. During the week it is quiet and cozy there. We can only recommend the Kosinski family and the vacation rentals. A little paradise on the Baltic Sea - near Gdansk

The house and the property are just perfect for a family holiday directly on the Baltic Sea. It is 30 minutes by car to Gdansk and 5 minutes by bike to the corner shop.
It is wonderfully quiet in the beautifully maintained garden. There are great opportunities for children to play, several places to sit and there are also herbs for cooking. After a short walk through the pine forest, you come to the natural Baltic Sea beach. You can even find amber there.
The house is lovingly furnished, including a washing machine and dishwasher. It is super clean and very well maintained.
The landlords are very, very helpful and even organised a car repair for us.
We would give even more stars ?

Super recovered

If you want to enjoy nature and tranquillity, this is the place for you. A walk through the forest and you are at the fantastic beach
The house is clean, you have everything you need and should you need a little something or a hot tip for an excursion, the friendly landlords are always there to help. The garden is enchantingly laid out and you can let your soul dangle.
We had a fantastic week of relaxation. And if you want to do something and see something, Gdansk is only a 40-minute drive away. But there is also a lot to discover in the other direction (Stegna).
This was definitely not the last time we stayed in this beautiful accommodation.

Romantic holiday home near Gdansk!

A beautiful, romantic house close to Gdansk and the Baltic Sea. This makes it ideal for day trips with the well-equipped bicycles from the shed at the house, either to the Amber Beach, the mouth of the Vistula or the Vistula Spit. You can get to Gdansk very quickly by car, so it is also worthwhile for smaller excursions and spontaneous trips
You can shop either at the quaint corner shop around the corner or at a large supermarket three streets away.
The landlords are very nice, speak perfect German and take good care of their guests.
There is always a cat around and in the house, so if you have allergies or a dog, be prepared. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend it!

Beautiful, quiet, top!

The house is beautifully situated in a quiet and green area. The furnishings are clean, well-maintained, very pretty and stylish. Although it was only a short holiday, we had a really good rest. Very nice landlords who are always available for questions.
The surrounding area is excellent for walking and cycling and the beach is a dream. You can find the grocery shop nearby and Gdansk is wonderful. Thank you!

Gdansk, Beach and More....:)

We rented the larger house as two small families. The very nice landlords, German speaking, welcomed us warmly, gave us many useful tips and even took us to the Corona test at the end,- Thank you very much! A very nice beach reach with about 20 minutes walk through a beautiful pine forest. The city of Gdansk is highly recommended, romantic old town with many restaurants on the Motlaufluss promenade and countless small craft shops can be reached quickly via motorway. We and especially our children were very enthusiastic about the house and the surroundings. Everything is just perfect, we will be happy to come back.

Excellent

The house is beautiful, clean and located on the edge of the small village of Mikoszewo. You will find everything you need in the house, the equipment is very careful and of high quality. Especially the large property is ideal if you come with your dog, and the property is completely "fenced"
You can park your car practically next to the house. Half an hour's walk through the forest to the beach where you will find peace and quiet and not the usual crowds. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to the old town of Gdansk. Sufficient shopping facilities for self-sufficiency nearby.
Recommended for people who need peace and seclusion on holiday. Beautiful cycle path through the forest and bicycles provided by the landlord. Perfect!

Beautiful holiday

What can I say, it was a perfect holiday! The house is really a dream, very clean, modern and cosy.
The landlords were incredibly caring and friendly, very pleasant and helpful people. They even organised a bicycle for our youngest daughter.
It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the beach through a small forest, but if you are a bit lazier, you can also drive to the beach car park by car and then walk for another 10 minutes.
Two villages further on, in Stegna, you can drive directly to the beach, where there is also a lot going on. There are also several restaurants and bars, we had a very good and cheap meal there.
The Bar Niklas in Mikoszewo is not to be recommended?
In Mikoszewo there is a small corner shop where you can buy everything and get fresh bread in the morning. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Gdansk, which is a wonderful city.

Holiday under the watchful eyes of the landlords.

Unfortunately, I was lured into this vacation property under false pretenses. I traveled as agreed with 2 animal protection dogs. . . . according to the landlords, the house is completely dog-proof fenced and a detached house. . . unfortunately, we had to realize that the fence is by no means dog-proof. . . and to top it off, there is a second house on the rented property where the landlords mostly live, without a fence. . . Under these conditions, I would never have booked the house! The landlords were constantly present everywhere... not a relaxing vacation for me... not recommendable with a dog... Otherwise, the house is normally equipped; in terms of size, I would recommend only 4 adults, otherwise it will be too small. The area is beautiful, and with the car ferry, you can quickly reach Gdansk.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass trotz unseren Bemühungen und sorgfältigen Vorbereitungen des Hauses und das Gartengrundstück, nicht die Vorstellung unseren letzten Gästen entsprochen hat. Diese weicht aber sehr stark von den anderen Bewertungen des Hauses, deswegen möchten wir gerne eine Stellung hierfür nehmen:
1. Das Grundstück ist voll eingezäunt mit eine Zaun Höhe von 130cm.
2. Das Haus ist ein Einzelhaus und nur für unsere Gäste vorgesehen. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich in üblich vorgeschriebener vom Bauamt Entfernung noch ein Haus in dem wir, oder andere Gäste wohnen.
3. Wir sind mindestens einmal in der Woche vor Ort um die üblichen Gartenpflegearbeiten bzw. anfallenden Reparaturen durchzuführen und unseren Gästen in jede Angelegenheit die Hilfe anzubieten.
4. In dem Haus befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer – 2-mal mit Doppelbetten, 2-mal jeweils mit 2 Einzelbetten, ist also maximal für 8 Personen, die bequem übernachten können vorgesehen. Die große des Hauses ist angegeben, sowie die alle Bilder der Einzelnen Zimmer.
Für uns als Vermieter ist wichtig, dass Sie sich bei uns wohl fühlen und Ihren Urlaub sorgenlos verbringen können. Bei Extrawünschen sind wir völlig offen, aber auf die soll man am besten vor der Anreise hindeuten damit die Missverständnisse vermieden werden. Wir hoffen jedoch, dass Sie trotz Unannehmlichkeiten die schöne Gegend, Strand mit Hundeeinlass und Besuche in historischen Stadt Danzig genießen haben.

Absolute Empfehlung

The holiday home fully corresponds to the description. It is very well-maintained, clean, and lovingly furnished. The garden is spacious and fully fenced, which was very helpful for us with a dog. The landlords are very friendly and attentive, and the outdoor areas are well maintained. There are playground equipment, swings, a sandbox, and other amenities for young holiday guests. The sandy beach is not overcrowded, easy to reach, extensive, and very clean. The location is also ideal as a starting point for trips to Gdansk, Malbork, Elblag, or for bike tours. Holiday on the Amber Coast

Vacation despite Corona
After the Polish borders opened, we spent our summer vacation with five people and our dog Max in a holiday home in Mikoszewo. The reception was very friendly. The holiday home matched the description and offered all possibilities for a relaxed holiday. The interior was lovingly, creatively, and modernly furnished, and the house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The nature, beach, and singing birds showed their best side. We went on many excursions. We visited Gdansk, Malbork. In addition, the support during the booking process, as well as at the holiday destination, worked very well. Transfers went smoothly 100%. The surroundings are a must-see. Really great. Highly recommended. We will come back.

Very good

The holiday home was very beautiful, extremely well-maintained. The property is vast with a playground for children. Also very suitable for dogs. The landlords were always available with good tips to explore the surroundings. The beach could be reached through a beautiful mixed forest. Gdansk is easy to reach and very interesting.
We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the holiday home. Very good for escaping everyday life for a while.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

One week in Mikoszewo, Gdansk, and the surrounding area is behind us, and unfortunately, time passed way too quickly. We found the holiday home with no problems; it is very beautiful and well-equipped. Almost daily walks to the wonderful beach did us good:) The landlords are super nice and very helpful. The connection from there is perfect; we saw and experienced a lot and had a great and relaxing time (our dogs, too:)). We are determined to come back again.

Ideal holiday home in a quiet location

We stayed at this holiday home for 1 week and were pleasantly surprised. The German-speaking landlord made great efforts to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We could contact him at any time and never felt abandoned. The house is fully equipped, and we immediately felt at home. The dreamy surroundings can also be explored by bike, and there is a beautiful beach where we also collected amber. The connection to the old town of Gdansk is uncomplicated and easily accessible. We were truly very satisfied, and if we plan to vacation in this region again, this beautiful vacation home will certainly be our first choice.

Recreational holiday

We were warmly welcomed by the landlords who were very helpful and gave us tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. The house was very clean and well equipped. The forest next to the house invites you to take long walks. With the bike provided by the landlords, it takes about 10 minutes to reach the long - almost deserted - beach. The only small downside is the nearby road, otherwise it was a very relaxing stay.
