Waking up in the morning to a fantastic view of the harbor basin including the harbor entrance, sweating in the sauna in the evening with a view of the entire harbor, that is vacation! Cooling off comes from diving directly into the cold water or taking a refreshing shower in the adjacent bathroom.
The living and dining area on the upper floor allows a panoramic view of the water. Whether day or night, a natural spectacle is always on display right before your eyes here: swans swimming by, boats entering and exiting, or the illuminated houses at night lining the harbor basin. You will be able to relax on the large corner sofa or make yourself comfortable on the adjacent terrace. In good weather, relaxing on the rooftop terrace is wonderful, and in bad weather, the fiber optic connection with Telekom Home Entertainment provides entertainment.
Our guest service by the Eßer family welcomes you on the "Yellow submarine" and is always available to answer any questions during your stay. Bed linen/towels can be brought by yourself or can be rented as laundry packages from our manager; the beds are then freshly made upon arrival and the vacation can start right away. Directly in the Baltic Sea Resort Olpenitz.

If you would like to arrive with your own boat, you can anchor it directly next to the houseboat at the property's own boat mooring and set sail from there up to the Danish border...
The sandy beach of the resort's own bathing bay is just a few minutes' walk away. The expansive Weidefelder Beach with a large dog beach, the Lobster restaurant, etc. is also easily and quickly accessible on foot, by bicycle, or by car. In the resort, there is a large Edeka market and a harbor promenade with shops, an ice cream parlor, and an Italian restaurant. More shops and restaurants are under construction. A children's playground with an adjacent beach bar is also located in the resort, and an indoor sports hall is planned for 2025. The town of Kappeln, 6 km away, with its numerous shops and restaurants, invites you to stroll and feast.

Free cancellation possible up to 42 days before the arrival date.
Here is the translation to English: We are entitled to standardize the compensation claim in accordance with § 651i para. 3 BGB as follows: a) Up to 42 days before the start of the rental: 0% of the confirmed travel price. b) From the 41st day before the start of the rental: 80% of the confirmed travel price. c) In case of no-show: 100% of the confirmed travel price. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to cover the cancellation fees.
