Enjoy the exclusivity of the quiet holiday apartment in Balatonalmádi within a closed apartment complex, with a well-maintained garden, playground, and small sports facility, as well as a swimming pool and children's pool. The apartment is ideal for two people. It has a large bedroom with a double bed. However, two more people can sleep on the pull-out couch in the living room. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped (fridge with freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher). Bathroom with shower. TV and Wifi. Parking space for cars available.
Travel cot and high chair for children available upon request.
Long-term rental up to 3 months possible.

Great accommodation

Simply top. We were there for the 2nd time and would love to come back. The facility is very quiet and well-maintained. The apartment offers everything needed for a vacation. The host is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the great vacation.

Best vacation 2023

We (couple) spontaneously decided to take a week's vacation at Lake Balaton. While searching for suitable accommodation, we stumbled upon the H9 app. The pictures convinced us to book the app. We did not regret it and our expectations were met in every respect.

The app, as well as the entire residential complex, were in top condition. There was nothing missing. A very modern and well-thought-out equipment of the app ensures a super nice stay.

The friendly and uncomplicated contact with the host was perfect.

Our conclusion: If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing break, this is the right place. From our point of view, we can only give a positive recommendation.

Great holiday in Hungary at Lake Balaton

A beautiful, luxurious holiday flat, clean and modernly furnished in a first-class, exclusive, secluded complex with a super nice poll area and a children's playground and a view of Lake Balaton from the balcony.
The landlord, Mr. Kónya, is super nice, friendly, always available and responds immediately to requests.
It was a wonderful holiday at Lake Balaton. HUNGARY is always worth a visit.
We will gladly come back and thank you very much for the great flat.

A wonderful holiday in a beautiful location and complex. View of Lake Balaton and the beautiful grounds, possibility of a cosy breakfast or similar on the terrace
The accommodation is lovingly furnished and super clean. The landlord is very nice and always open and available, if this should be desired and necessary.

Shopping facilities are available and easy to reach.

We can highly recommend a holiday in Balatonalmádi, in flat H9 and will be happy to come back.

Outstanding among the accommodations on Lake Balaton

The apartment is located in a closed residential park with a beautiful garden in a quiet environment. It has 2 private pools and a sports field for its residents. This wonderful milieu is one of the great advantages of the apartment compared to other accommodations. It is completely safe due to the closed area.
The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished, well equipped, you have everything you need to relax. The kitchen is mechanized, the parasol on the terrace ensures that we can enjoy a wonderful view of the garden and Lake Balaton at any time. Lake Balaton and shopping are within easy walking distance. Parking is possible in the closed yard. The pictures are completely true to reality. We got a lot more than we expected.

Best choice for a summer holiday at Lake Balaton

We spent 5 nights at H9 apartment, which is newly built, modern and very comfortable. We got everything we need - well-equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioning, nice bed and sofas... It's on the 2nd floor, so we could enjoy the nice terrace, with a pleasurable view. We felt absolutely safe, because it's in a closed area with 2 nice pools (a bigger and for smaller children) and with tennis court and sandbox for children. Lake Balaton is about 10 minutes walk, a supermarket is also very close, and we could find a nice adventure park not so far by car. We had one of our best summer holidays here.

For me a secret tip

I stayed in this apartment in the summer of 2018. And even though the rest of the complex was not completely finished yet, you already got a very positive impression of the facility. It is clear that the focus here is on relaxation. Many of the apartments are used by the owners themselves as a place to relax, and many only spend the weekend here. As a single person or couple, you don't have to worry about other "loud" families/guests. The facility is designed in such an open way that there is never a disturbing noise level.

About the apartment itself: As already visible in the pictures, it is spacious enough for up to 4 people. The furnishings are new, modern, and complete, theoretically you only need to bring your toothbrush.
A small highlight is definitely the balcony (more like a rooftop terrace). With the view, breakfast can sometimes take longer. And in the evenings, you can enjoy wonderful philosophical conversations over a glass of wine.
The rest of the apartment is brightly/mediterranean designed, mentioning "holiday feeling".
A parking space directly in front of the house completes the whole thing.
If you wish, you can also spend your vacation here without a car, as shops, restaurants, and beaches are within walking distance.

Contact with the landlord was always possible and consistently pleasant.
What I would like to highlight here is the extra effort of the landlord to provide a small directory. Several pages (trilingual) with recommendations for nearby activities/sights, as well as some restaurant recommendations.
