4 bedrooms: 2 double rooms (1 double room on the ground floor ) and 2 single rooms

There is an additional TV in one of the double rooms.
An open living and dining area is equipped with a modern kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all other utensils), a dining table for 6 persons, a couch and a TV
A high chair for children is also available
There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one on the ground floor and one upstairs, each equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin
Underfloor heating throughout the house
The garden (south side) offers enough space for barbecuing and playing,
A seating area, barbecue and swing/slide are available.

At the moment there may still be noise disturbing construction work, as the holiday home is located in a newly developed holiday home area.

Location and surroundings of object
In the Thülsfelder Talsperre recreation area, wide moor and geest landscapes invite you to experience nature. And in the middle of it all, a natural paradise created by man: the Thülsfeld Dam, which is rich in bays and has a Nordic feel. On its banks and in the wide expanses of heath, sand dunes and forests, a rich variety of flora and fauna has found its home. It can be discovered on cycling tours and hikes.
Those who want to relax more actively will find a wide range of leisure activities at the dam. From a natural golf course with a public course to a gliding and motorised airfield to the Thüle Animal and Leisure Park, there is something for young and old alike.

Very nice.
The landlady is a very nice woman. The house is lovingly and very tastefully decorated, we lacked nothing. We felt very comfortable. It's just cozy.
