Elegant and modern structure built in 1995 and restructured in March 2008, assures its guests' stay comfortable and refined. All rooms, in colors and atmospheres, are inspired to the essences Mediterranee and cultures that have left their mark their passage through land of Sardinia.
Each rooms are equipped with all the comforts, private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, TV, Internet connection, refrigerator and indipendent entrance.
The restructuring was made for housing in order to maximize space and ensure guests maximum comfort and confidentiality. The interior has been furnished with simplicity, good taste and articles that tell the "tradition island" and they lived. The guests, no more than 6, feel at home, make breakfast together in the breakfast room or, during the summer, in the balcon of the house. Breakfast, served from to , is typically Italian. It consists of milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, croissants, nutella, butter, yougurt, fruit juices, bread daily, seasonal fruits and not just… ... Elia's aims as a point of reference for anyone who goes into town for work or pleasure.
The place is also in a strategic position for excursions into the history and nature. There is the private parking. Accessible from the airport in fifteen minutes, the structure is located halfway between the city centre and beautiful beaches Poetto, Calamosca and Sant'Elia. At ten minute walking from the Fair Market Sardinia and 5 to San'Elia Stadium.
