Here, one is really very well!
This house welcomes you with a special warmth: it is bright, spacious, and the rooms overlook a beautiful green garden that offers peace and relaxation. The two terraces are a truly pleasant space to enjoy a coffee in tranquility, even in winter.
The location is perfect: in 10 minutes on foot you can reach the center of Peschiera and, also in 10 minutes, you can stroll along the lake.
From here, we easily explored the north of Lake Garda by car. From Malcesine, we took the cable car to climb Mount Baldo and enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake.
Verona is only 30 minutes away, and on the way back, we stopped to eat at an excellent restaurant among the hills of Custoza.
A special thanks to Laura for all the valuable information she gave us, allowing us to make the most of our vacation.
A stay we will remember with pleasure.

Holiday apartment in the best location with very good amenities
The hosts are very nice and the equipment is very good. The holiday apartment has everything one needs. You can quickly reach the train station, supermarket, and the city center on foot. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning is a plus when you are there in summer. We would like to come back.

Perfectly successful vacation
We had 5 wonderful days in Peschiera del Garda and in the apartment. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Laura and her husband and received all useful information.
The apartment was perfect for us (2 adults + 1 child), with 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and even a washing machine. The kitchen is very well equipped; we lacked nothing. There were 2 coffee machines (filter and capsule), a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, gas stove, and all useful utensils. In the fridge, we even found a bottle of water and wine. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Everything is very clean and lovingly arranged. 2 balconies with the option to sit outside. Friendly neighbors. There is a parking space for the car.
The area is nice and quiet, yet centrally located. The beach, supermarkets, train station, and city center can be reached on foot, and there is no need to move the car. The price-performance ratio is great. 1000 thanks to dear Laura and her husband, we will definitely come back.

Questa casa ti accoglie con un calore speciale: è luminosa, spaziosa e le stanze si affacciano su un bellissimo giardino verde che regala pace e relax. Le due terrazze sono uno spazio davvero piacevole dove gustarsi un caffè in tranquillità, perfino in inverno.
La posizione è perfetta: in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Peschiera e, sempre in 10 minuti, si può passeggiare lungo il lago.
Da qui, in auto, abbiamo esplorato facilmente il nord del Lago di Garda. Da Malcesine abbiamo preso la funivia per salire sul Monte Baldo e godere di una vista mozzafiato sul lago.
Verona dista solo 30 minuti e, al ritorno, ci siamo fermati a mangiare in un ottimo ristorante tra le colline di Custoza.
Un grazie speciale a Laura per tutte le preziose informazioni che ci ha dato, permettendoci di goderci al meglio la nostra vacanza.
Un soggiorno che ricorderemo con piacere.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Zu Fuß ist man schnell an Bahnhof, Supermarkt und der Innenstadt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage ist ein Plus wenn man im Sommer da ist. Wie würden gerne wiederkommen.

Wir hatten 5 wunderbare Tage in Peschiera del Garda und der Wohnung. Bei Ankunft wurden wir freundlichen von Laura und ihren Mann empfangen und bekamen alle nutzliche Informationen.
Die Wohnung für uns (2Erw. +1 Kind) war perfekt, 2 große Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und sogar Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gab 2 Kaffemaschinen (Filter und Kapseln), Mikrowelle, Toaster, Geschirrspüler, Gasherd und alle nützlichen Utensilien. Im Kühlschrank haben wir sogar Flasche Wasser und Wein vorgefunden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Es ist alles sehr sauber und liebevoll. 2 Balkone mit Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Freundlichen Nachbarn.Fürs Auto ist ein Parkplatz vorhanden.
Die Gegend ist schön ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Man erreicht Strand, Supermärkte, Bahnhof, Stadtzentrum zu Fuß und braucht das Auto nicht zu bewegen. Preis-Leistung ist super.
1000 Dank an liebe Laura und ihren Mann, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Nell’appartamento non manca davvero nulla!

Tout d'abord, un grand merci à la gentille propriétaire.
Un grand appartement, absolument propre, bien entretenu, confortable et parfaitement situé, parfait pour profiter de vacances tout autour.
C'était un bon séjour!
Les autres résidents de la région étaient très gentils et serviables.
Nous aimerions passer nos vacances ici encore et recommander cette belle ville et cet appartement.

Sehr schönes Appartment in ruhiger Lage und dennoch zentral gelegen - nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum, 3 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Fenster (Waschmaschine vorhanden), eine neue Einbauküche mit allen erforderlichen Utensilien, Wohn-/Esszimmer, Satelitenfernsehn, 2 Balkone, alle Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden. Stellplatz für das Auto auf dem Hof, Garten vorhanden.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch das Hausmeister-Ehepaar hilft in allen Lebenslagen und ist stets freundlich. Das Appartment ist im Vergleich zu anderen Angeboten am Gardasee sehr großzügig ausgestattet.
Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt, werden unseren Urlaub gern wieder dort verbringen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf das nächste Mal.
