Description
A particularly beautiful and sunny house with two bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, and an extra crib plus high chair.
Well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with shower, and spacious living room.
The kitchen is integrated into this, with a large dining area behind it.
In the living area, there is a seating set that can be pulled out into a sofa bed, as well as a very cozy music and TV corner.
The house includes a rowboat (4.30 x 1.60) for approx. 4 people at their own jetty directly on the Baltic Sea. Great fishing opportunities, right in the archipelago of the Baltic Sea opposite Öland!
There the water is not so salty and you can catch almost everything from pike and perch to sea trout. : Angler's paradise, no fishing license, no fishing permit required
Guests share the sauna (sauna barrel in the garden) with our neighboring Villa Äppleträd. The house has ultra-fast internet (fiber optic) via Wi-Fi as described on our homepage.
Property: Size approx. 700 sqm, large south-facing terrace and covered seating area in front of the house facing southwest. Charcoal grill available.
Inside: 75 sqm living space, heating and electric fireplace. Living room with flat-screen TV, satellite TV and BluRay player, music system. Kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, microwave, bread maker, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, etc.
Prices: Inclusive of all additional costs such as water, electricity (limited), heating, and, if applicable, pet.

Prices per week with arrival and departure each Saturday. (In the off-season, other booking periods possible!).

Pure relaxation during Corona times!
I moved my home office to Sweden for a few weeks. I would have preferred to stay there. Nice house, great surroundings, and you noticed NOTHING about Corona. Heavenly!

Beautiful holiday home near the sea
The house Törnrosa is ideal for a family or 4-6 people.
The path to the sea is very short, a boat can be rented in the summer, and the landscape is dreamy.
The equipment is completely sufficient; everything necessary is adequately available, not just counted plates :-)
Our dog also felt very comfortable.

Da wir die gesamten Weihnachtsferien über direkt nebenan in Villa Äppleträd waren, ist mir die Bewertung mit 3 Sternen für Service einigermaßen rätselhaft. Wir hätten bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden.
Wir vermieten übrigens auch keine Boote im Sommer, sondern zum Haus gehört ein Boot am eigenen Stegplatz und das ist selbstverständlich alles im Hauspreis inklusiv.

Sweden to 4
I enjoyed 14 days in the house with my family. The children felt comfortable, and we had a really nice time. Often we just went to the water, but Sweden also has some great excursion destinations. The beds were soft and cozy, so nothing stood in the way of a restful sleep. There are a few books and games that you can do with the children. The kitchen is equipped with everything one could expect in a holiday home.
We will be traveling again.

First House, great boat
That was our first fishing vacation in Sweden. We took the boat to the harbor as instructed and then set off. A great time with the best weather and caught quite a few pikes. You can warm up well in the sauna barrel, and the house was very well equipped. I guess we'll come back ;)
