Description
The very spacious villa, leaving hardly any wish unfulfilled, on two living levels with fireplaces, internet connection, sauna, and outdoor whirlpool is especially suitable for discerning holiday travelers, larger families, and fishing groups.
The fantastic large kitchen will delight you, the living room with open fireplace in the sofa corner invites you to cozy reading evenings!
The house includes a large rowing boat (4.30 x 1.70 m) for 6 people at its own jetty directly on the Baltic Sea. Great fishing opportunities there, see information on our homepage!

Size approx. 1000 sqm, parking spaces, large south-facing terrace with charcoal grill, seating area in front of the house facing southwest. Garden pavilion for 8 people.
Guests share the sauna barrel in the garden and the bicycles with our neighboring house Törnrosa.
Cozy guest house for two people.
Villa ground floor:
150 sqm total living space, electric heating and additionally very cozy fireplaces upstairs and downstairs. Eat-in kitchen (renovated in 2013) approx. 30 sqm with every comfort such as ceramic hob, convection oven, large fridge/freezer combination, microwave, dishwasher, food processor, blender, toaster, bread maker, electric kettle, coffee machine, tea maker, etc. Small stereo system with CD player, SD card, radio. Swedish television. Living room (>45 sqm) with open fireplace in the center, sofa area, dining table for up to 10 people, fondue set, raclette set. Bedroom with double bed. Very modern bathroom with shower cabin and toilet.
Basement:
Large living/sleeping room with sofa bed for two people, visually separated sleeping area with two single beds by a wardrobe, private exit. Children's desk, stereo system with record player and children's records, CD player, cassette deck, radio. Small billiard table. Children's games, children's books, books by Astrid Lindgren.
German television with satellite TV, DVD player. Fireplace. Laundry and storage room with 2 washing machines and dryer
Wi-Fi use is of course included, and there are no additional costs for dogs.

Location and surroundings of object
The settlement is located in southern Sweden on the east coast of Småland, directly on the Baltic Sea, almost exactly opposite the northernmost point of the island of Öland, in the middle of the archipelago.
There, the water is not so salty and you can catch almost everything from pike and perch to sea trout. From Hamburg it is 700km
With your own boat out on the water and in a few minutes you have one of the many small skerries all to yourself: angler’s paradise, no fishing license, no fishing permit
The very well-kept holiday home settlement consists of around 50 very beautiful and generously designed villas.
In the surrounding area: the Kingdom of Crystal, Öland, Vimmerby with Astrid Lindgren’s World, the Troll Forest, elk park, the historic village of Stensjö, and other sights.

Cancellation terms:
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is generally due as damages for non-performance. - For cancellations 6-8 weeks before departure, 40% of the rental price is due as damages for non-performance. - For cancellations up to 4 weeks before departure, 60% of the rental price is due as damages for non-performance. - For cancellations up to 2 weeks before departure, 80% of the rental price is due as damages for non-performance. - Cancellation after that is no longer possible; the full travel price must be paid.

A dream house, a dream location in the middle of the archipelago
just as one imagines a holiday in Bullerbü. Used the boat daily in the archipelago. Also used the hot tub, water in the Baltic Sea still a little cool. Will gladly come back.

Complete home office relocated to Sweden- perfect decision!!!
...when the mask requirement came into force, I moved the household and the whole family to Sweden for almost two months. It was feasible for me (self-employed) - what a blessing. We would have liked to stay longer, but after that the house was already rented out. Incredibly beautiful location, especially in spring, and such a great big house. We are still considering whether we could buy it from the landlord, but probably not much chance ;)

Best vacation
Very good equipment of the rooms. There is more in the kitchen than at home. There was also reading material. We liked the proximity to the sea. Overall, a holiday with balm for the soul. No worries and the neighbours are also all in a good mood. This was not the last visit!

A dream house with great amenities, kitchen is amazing, surroundings are beautiful
The house really has everything you need for a vacation. It is exactly as described in the listing. We also received a lot of information from the landlord, which was helpful. With the boat, we were quickly able to navigate between the many small islands. The tranquility is incredible, even in the peak of summer. We felt like we were in Bullerby.

A nice vacation
We had been able to spend a beautiful week at Villa Apple Trees, the location of the villa was perfect for us. Our 19-month-old daughter could walk through the woods, go boating. The communication with the Grobelny family went smoothly.
