Description
The apartment is about 70 m2 and suitable for 4 persons with a big and bright living room with windows towards the East, South and West. From the living room there is a double door to a southern facing terrace equipped with garden furniture.
The house is situated only 20 meters from the Limfjord and is surrounded by a beautiful country garden full of flowers from the early spring to the late autumn. You are also welcome to use the terrace at the water side with the most magnificent view to Hanklit and the Limfjord.
On share-basis a gas barbeque is available for you.
There is a well equipped kitchen with ceramic cooker and oven, fridge with a big separate freezer, dish washer, coffee maker etc.
The apartment has two bedrooms. One has a double bed and several built-in cupboards, and the other has two separate beds.
In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet and sink and several cupboards. Floor heated.
In the hall there are washing machine, dryer and cupboards.
The apartment will be heated when you arrive - even the bathroom floor is heated.
For people interested in fossils we have a small preparation workshop available for you equipped with loupe lamp, microscopes and engrave pens.

Location and surroundings of object
Mors is the greatest island in the Limfjorden system and has a population of about inhabitants – almost 50% living in Nykøbing and the rest spread around the island in small villages and locations. The connections to the main land are two bridges and two ferries.
The northern part of this island consist of hills which are ice-shoved ridges formed at the margin of a large ice lobe. Numerous coastal cliffs along the shores of Limfjorden demonstrate the interior of the hill-complexes.
Our location is right at the shore with a fantastic view to the most well known cliff named Hanklit where the folds of Mo-clay and ash layers are visible with different colors through the day.
The distance to the beautiful North Sea sand beaches is only 24 km and 22 km to the beach village Klitmøller where the well known “Cold Hawaii” offers you fantastic conditions for Surfing and also Kite surfing.
Just outside our location you can also perform Kite surfing and stand up paddle and even from Hanklit you can do paragliding.

A small cozy little house
It is a wonderful little house that has everything needed for a vacation for two. We would only recommend the house for four people with smaller children since it is indeed small. The landlords are very nice and always making an effort. The surroundings are great for walks on the beach, but for a beach holiday, the nearby beach is quite rocky. If one wanted to mention something for improvement, it would be the double bed with its sagging mattresses.

The landlords are super nice and always helpful. The surroundings are great for walks on the beach, but the beach itself is quite stony for a bathing holiday. If one wanted to mention something for improvement, it would be the double bed with its sagging mattresses.
