Description
The newly built top floor apartment comprises three bedrooms which are equipped with two double beds and one with a single bed; and therefore is habitable for five people. The apartment offers a pleasant, comfortable and homely atmosphere and, in addition to the three bedrooms, has a lovingly designed bathroom with shower. The bright and spacious dining and living room invites you to linger. TV, radio and Wi-Fi is available. On the balcony you can read a good book, relax or drink a glass of wine together and enjoy the sunset with a phenomenal view of the sea and the island of Krk. A modern and spacious kitchen invites you to cook. In addition to the bathroom, there is a storage room, there is a washing machine available. For toddlers we can also provide a travel cot. In addition, it has a box with various toys for our little guests. In front of the house there is also a playground. A free parking space is located in front of the house.

Ocean view, quiet location
We would go on vacation there again anytime, close to the beach, extremely clear water and very nice hosts.
Having a car is an advantage so that you can be more flexible.

Insider tip
The flat was the perfect accommodation for our holiday in Croatia. It is ideally located to explore the coast or the inland by car and you don't have to search long for good restaurants or shopping possibilities
The very well-maintained flat is modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The highlight, the veranda, captivates with a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay.
The landlords are very friendly and open, speak German and have many tips for excursions or other requests.
In summary, we are very satisfied and would book the flat again at any time.

Holiday
It was a very nice vacation. Everything corresponds to reality in the pictures. Very nice landlords. The beach is easy to reach and you can easily reach the neighboring cities. I would rent it again at any time.
