Description
The modern semi-detached house is idyllically surrounded by water on a headland between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea.
Here you can find peace and relaxation from the stress of everyday life as a couple or spend sociable days with friends and family.
The tastefully furnished living/dining room is located on the ground floor.
The exposed location allows you to enjoy your meal on the large terrace with a direct view of the water and the harbour
Experience the harbour cinema from the comfortable sofa or the sunrise through the floor-to-ceiling windows. On colder days, the underfloor heating and fireplace provide cosy warmth. Adjacent to the living-dining area is the open kitchen, which invites you to cook with its first-class equipment
On the first floor there are two cosily furnished bedrooms. One bedroom has a comfortable box spring bed, the other bedroom has two cosy single beds. On the same floor is the bright, friendly bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub.
Another highlight of the house is the studio on the first floor.
On the large roof terrace you have a wonderful view over the harbour and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei. Enjoy the sunset in peace and quiet or relax in the Finnish sauna with shower.
Also on this floor is a lounge with a second TV and a sofa, which can be converted into a cosy sofa bed for the 5th and 6th person if required.
For the active ones, there is an exercise bike.
Enjoy the light sea breeze and your holiday directly by the sea.
A variety of books, games, electric barbecue, 5 bicycles (four ladies - one youth bike), a stand-up paddleboard, which is a lot of fun for young and old alike, will contribute to this.
Explore the wonderful Baltic Sea landscape with the house's own bicycles and go on excursions to many beautiful places in the surrounding area.

You can't do better.
We had a great feel-good vacation in the holiday accommodation.
The location and view from this holiday home are fantastic.
You can do small shopping in the immediate vicinity on foot or with the bicycles available. This also includes delicious breakfast rolls.
The equipment of the accommodation leaves nothing to be desired in terms of scope and cleanliness.
Likewise, the furnishings are very cozy and everything has been thought of when it comes to kitchen utensils and dishes.
Ending the evenings in the sauna, with the illuminated harbor backdrop, was a very special highlight.
We can highly recommend this accommodation and would love to come back.

Wellness vacation
Wonderful holiday home, we can highly recommend it. The equipment is top-notch, nothing is missing. The kitchen has all the utensils we needed to cook together in the evenings. The living areas are cozy and tastefully furnished. The beds are super comfortable! One of the many highlights was definitely the breathtaking view over the harbor, which we could enjoy from the beach chair on the terrace. We are already looking forward to coming again next year.

Great holiday experience!
We stayed here with 6 people. If we could, we would give more stars! :-)
The flat has everything you need for a great holiday! A great location with a great view directly onto the water! We could have breakfast in the sun on the terrace every morning!
