Description
The apartment consists of a living and kitchen area, a cozy bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower, bidet and toilet. Both the kitchen and the bedroom overlooks the beach and the sea. In three steps, the beautiful, bright sandy beach is reached. The house has a beach terrace which invites you to relax. In the cooler season, a pellet stove provides warmth and comfort.

Location and surroundings of object
Brehec Plage lies between the municipalities of Plouha and Plouezec, where high cliffs alternate with fantastic coves. On the promenade is a small family beach, the further you move from there, the more wildly romantic it gets. At the bottom of the bay is the Grève de Padel, a bizarre array of red rocks that invite you to sit and where you can watch crabs, crabs and young fish in small "mini ponds". On the promenade, small bars and cozy bistros offer Apéritifs and Co as well as Breton cuisine. The small sailing school offers courses for sailing, kakak or stand-up paddling. For shopping in en bourg, where several good bakers and a small supermarket offer their goods, Saturdays is market day: fresh oysters, crustaceans, fish, lamb and veal, artichokes and, and, and. A detour to Paimpol, a bustling seaport, takes only minutes. Boat trips start here, as well as from L'Arcouest: to the flower island Île de Brehat or around it. The Côtes de Granit Rosé with its famous rock formations, the medieval towns of Trégieur, Lannion, Pontrieux and Guingamp are also close by. The historic seaside resorts of St. Quay-Portrieux and Etables sur mer with their Belle Époque architecture are a few minutes south.

From the 29th day up to the day of the start of the rental period, and in case of no-show without a cancellation notice, 90% of the total price will be charged.

Strandkino
Wonderful little accommodation with a very nice view, directly from the kitchen window onto the activity at the beach of Bréhec - optionally, of course, depending on the weather, also from the small terrace.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need: among other things, knives that actually cut, and cutlery that you enjoy using.
In addition, there is everything you need for the very first start before you have time to shop yourself, including a bottle of water and a bottle of wine. Very uncomplicated and friendly communication with the owners! We can only agree with the previous descriptions and reviews!

Relaxation and hiking in Brittany.
We spent 2 very beautiful and relaxing weeks in the small apartment Avel Mor. The apartment is perfectly furnished for a vacation for two. Half a minute away from the beach and the hiking trail GR 34. Our favorite spot was the small garden, from which you have a beautiful view of the beach. The landlords are very helpful and friendly. We are already looking forward to our next vacation in Brehec.

Wundervoll
Ideal for two people who want to spend a beach holiday. 50 steps from the front door to the beautiful sandy beach! Wonderful view from the living room and bedroom of the sea and the beach. Three restaurants on the promenade (especially recommended "Le p'tit café!") and a snack bar. The apartment corresponds in all respects to the description. Very friendly and competent support from the landlords. We enjoyed the vacation very much!
