Description
The cozy holiday home of 53 m² is divided into a living room with dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom (shower/WC), kitchen, and terrace. An individual garage is also included.
Internet access (Wi-Fi) and Smart TV are available.
From the terrace you can enjoy the view of nature, as the holiday home is located in the first row of the holiday park in a beautiful southern position and the view is unobstructed. There are several seating options and two tables on it. The furnishings and equipment in detail:
Hallway, wardrobe, and ample storage options. Living room with dining area, couch, armchair, coffee table, and smart TV. Telephone with flat rate for calls to the German landline network. Internet flat rate via Wi-Fi. One bedroom with double bed and chest of drawers. Second bedroom with a bunk bed (1.4m wide below and 90cm wide above) and large chest of drawers. Bed linen and dish towels are included in the price. Fitted kitchen: Oven, electric stove with 4 burners, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, cooking pots, pans, hand mixer, plenty of dishes and cutlery. Shower/WC, storage options, hairdryer.
Terrace: Table with chairs, 2 loungers, 2 sun umbrellas.
Garage: Lockable single garage at the park entrance (100 m on foot). The holiday park grounds offer leisure activities for all age groups:
There are two swings, a sandbox, a boules court, a pergola with seating, a fire pit, a compact mini-golf course, a table tennis table, and opportunities for ball games. Streams run through the grounds and feed a Kneipp pool.
Luggage can be conveniently transported to the houses with a small handcart.

The holiday home is one of a total of 7 holiday cottages in the very idyllic and quietly situated Neumatte holiday park. In the southern part of the Black Forest between Titisee and Schluchsee in the village of Falkau, the car-free holiday park is situated at an altitude of just below m. In addition, each house offers enough privacy and space for your individual recreational, leisure or family holiday.
Falkau's direct neighbours are Altglashütten and Bärental, which offer connections to the public transport network through their railway stations as well as various shopping facilities (a larger Lidl market in Bärental).

| Additional persons from the age of 7 years pay 10€/night. Additional children up to and including 6 years pay 5€/night. The tourist tax for adults is 2.70€/night, for young people from 7-16 years inclusive 1€/night and children up to and including 6 years pay no tourist tax. During the high season we only rent out weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Short-term rentals are also available for a minimum of 3 nights. For short stays (less than 7 nights) we charge an extra 50 €. Mid-season (savings weeks in November/December): The rental price applies from 1 week rental period, otherwise low season is calculated. The price includes: Rent, electricity, water, gas, garage, bed linen and final cleaning. Please note that the kitchen equipment is not included in the final cleaning and that pots, dishes, cooker and coffee maker have to be cleaned by yourself before departure. |

Winter's tale
Since I like to walk in the snow at least once a year, I went looking for a property in the Black Forest and came across this little gem right on the edge of the forest. Coincidentally, there was also snow in January and nothing stood in the way of three romantic days. We were able to enjoy the tranquillity of nature and relax wonderfully. The fireplace contributed a lot of flickering cosiness. We didn't miss anything and felt very comfortable. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a little time out.

Oasis of peace
The holiday cottage is a real oasis of peace in the otherwise well-developed tourist region of Titisee/Feldberg. It is nicely situated on the edge of the forest in the small Neumatte holiday park with a view of the wooded Black Forest slopes above the nearby Falkau waterfall. The equipment of the cottage left nothing to be desired. The internet connection and the garage for the car during the snow days were especially welcome. I was an absolutely satisfied guest there for the second time and was particularly pleased with the recently renovated bathroom. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly and uncomplicated service from the rental to the handing over of the keys - everything is recommendable in every respect.

Super nice holiday home in a beautiful location!
The holiday home is authentically built and is richly equipped with beautiful furniture and crockery. There is internet, which is not very fast, but sufficient for normal use.
It is located in a nice little holiday park with a few other nice houses, where squirrels and deer also walk at dusk. Everything is looked after by the friendly park manager.
From here you can easily reach many popular excursion destinations in the Black Forest and Switzerland.

Relaxed holiday in nature
We enjoyed our holiday very much. Due to the location in the cul-de-sac, the cottage is very quiet. Despite the other cottages in the immediate vicinity, you are very private with your terrace and the piece of meadow behind it.
The location is perfect between Titisee and Schluchsee, it takes less than 20 minutes by car to both. The accommodation is only recommended with a car, as otherwise many worthwhile destinations are not easy to reach, as there are hardly any public transport connections.
Especially with children, the accommodation is highly recommended. We will be happy to come back.
