The two-storey holiday villa was newly built just recently in 2014 and provides modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and under-floor heating in all rooms. The living space of 225m² comprises a living and dining space with an open kitchen, four bedrooms, three spacious daylight bathrooms, a fitness room and even a laundry room. The living room on the ground floor provides a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a stereo system and an oval dining table made of wood with eight chairs. The open fireplace exudes cosy warmth on cooler evenings. A stylish cooking island separates the dining space from the kitchen, which is equipped with the latest appliances: dishwasher, induction hob with a stylish round cooker hood made of stainless steel, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There is a convenient laundry room on the ground floor with a washing machine. Wide stars lead up to the upper floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms. Of the four bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, the other three with a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into an additional double bed (140 x 200cm). Two of the three bathrooms are fitted with a bath with a shower attachment, one with a whirlpool function, while the third has a modern shower cubicle. All three bathrooms have a wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Active holiday-makers can use the generously equipped fitness room on the upper floor. A cot is available and ample bed linen and towels are provided. The reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa can be used free of charge.
The large sunny balcony on the upper floor affords a 360° panoramic view over the hilly landscape towards the blue Adriatic. Your private pool down below is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. As the pool can be illuminated at night, you can swim a few rounds under a starry sky. Right next to the sunny terrace there is a traditional stone grill inviting you to enjoy leisurely meals outdoors. A car is recommended during your stay and you can find secure parking spaces for two to three cars right in front of the house.
You enjoy a heating pool, chlorine-free and a saline filtration system is used. It is open all year round. The pool is equipped with massage, counter-current swimming system and underwater lights for
romantic atmosphere in the evening moments.

Your holiday villa is about 3km from the sea. The nearest beaches in front of Divulje and Kastel Stafilic are about 4km away (sandy and pebbled beaches). In the centre of Plano () you can find shops and a good range of cafés and restaurants. The historical UNESCO town of Trogir about 6km away is definitely worth a visit.

Thanks Tihomir and family for the hospitality ! We really enjoyed our holiday in Villa Plano.
Very beautiful house with a great terrace looking over the sea and a nice swimming pool. The wind coming from the sea is ideal to temper the temperature. The house is very complete and there is airco in every room ! There is a garden where you can pick fresh tomatoes, zucchini, peaches, ... Especially the owner is unique. He (and his mother) prepared us a delicious meal when we arrived. We felt immediately very welcome.

new, beautiful, modernly decorated villa.
the villa is surrounded by a large estate which provides enough intimacy and a sense of privacy.
air conditioning throughout the house provides the perfect escape for hot days.
swimming pool, sun deck and terraces around the house provide plenty of space if you want to you can pull apart from other people and enjoy reading books, sunbathing ... :-)
the villa is well positioned, so you are fast on the highway and you arrive so fast to the surrounding towns of Zadar, Sibenik, Krka Falls, a ......
the owner is a very warm person who has received a lot of information about the surrounding area, excursions, nearby restaurants ...
He also expressed himself in culinary challenges, and provided us with a number of traditional dishes that were very tasty. we also tried homemade wines to say they were from the top winery, not home labor.

Beauty Villa Plano
Great villa, nice, modern and spacious facilities. We booked the property in mid-July for 8 people (4 couples). The pool, right on the terrace, is the highlight. From here you have a beautiful view of the sea, which is about 4 km away, but can be reached very quickly by car. The size of the pool was ideal and enough stools and beach chairs we had available. The house is surrounded by greenery and in the garden you could pick tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries, etc. for the meals. Thanks to a modern barbecue, you can have great barbecues outside. The landlord has received us very nice and even arranged a welcome dinner for us, so we did not have to cook big after the long journey. Also with regard to excursions, restaurants, etc., he gave us on demand always appropriate tips and was always available for questions and was always ready and a great stay to guarantee. The rooms and the house in general were in a very good condition. We were simply thrilled away from the villa. Parking is not a problem as there are enough open spaces directly in front of the house. Also in terms of volume in the evening you need not worry, as there are hardly any neighbors live nearby.

Luxurious Villa Plano
Luxurious (airconditioning throughout the whole house) and superbly equipped villa in a quiet spot nearby Trogir. Just check the photo\'s.... The owner is very friendly and helpful; he cooked a surprise welcome supper when we arrived. Some drinks, fruits and food were offered in the fridge, very hospitable!; throughout our stay we were offered tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, strawberries from the garden, as well as eggs from their own henhouse, peaches from their orchard and wine from their own vines...The house is a JEWEL. Fully equipped kitchen/ good quality glasses, kitchenware. Good spot to make trips to Trogir, Zadar, Split, Krka National Park or the seaside. Super flatscreen /satellite tv. Good quality free wifi. Jetstream and massage system in the pool. The house is smartly oriented, so you can find shady places to read and sunny spots if you want the whole day through.

Villa Plano is one of three house on estate of the „Kaputinovi dvori“. Every of this house has built in different time through last two century, so each of them is a part of historical tradition of construction and using of specific building materials of those time. The name “Kaputinovi dvori” comes from one of our ancestor, whose nickname was Kaputin. Kaputin is old Croatian word for specific heavy coat which he was wearing during winter time. Our ancestors have settled in this area more than 120 years ago when they discovered the beauty and the magic of landscapes around them. Traditional jobs for our area were work in agriculture, processing of stone, fishing, growing olive trees and production of olive oil and wine, making cheese, prosciutto ... Old Dalmatian houses were built from stone and vineyards and olive trees were surrounded with typical fences called 'suhozidi' which are also made from Dalmatian stones.
