Location and surroundings of object

The luxurious house half has approx. 105 m² of living space and offers generous room for 6 people. On the ground floor is the light-flooded living room with TV, fireplace, an open kitchen and a stylish dining area. The living rooms are furnished with exclusive furniture. The kitchen has high-quality electrical appliances. Adjacent to the living area is a hallway with built-in wardrobe, a storage room and a guest bathroom. The entire ground floor has tasteful floor coverings, which can be heated via underfloor heating.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with an open wooden ceiling. The two bedrooms, each with a double bed, are also equipped with TV. Wardrobes provide ample storage space. Furthermore, there are two more spacious bathrooms on the upper floor, each with a large shower. A sauna and a free-standing bathtub provide additional relaxation.
From the upper floor, the wooden staircase leads up to the attic. A third bedroom with 2 single beds, sofa bed with 2 additional sleeping places and rustic windows fulfils every holiday dream.

A highlight for an occupancy of up to a total of 8 people - for an extra charge!!! In addition, there is another living area of 25 sqm for 2 persons with a connecting door from the living room. Here is a cosy living room with a large window front, a high-quality and comfortable cupboard bed and an open kitchen with counter. In addition, a further shower bath rounds off every comfort.
On request, occupancy with up to 10 people is also possible.

The property with parking space, storage room, large lawn and two sunny terraces is landscaped with native plants and a frieze wall.

This beautiful house leaves nothing to be desired and immediately puts you in the holiday mood!

Low season = 100,00€/day
Middle season = 80,00€/day
High season = 60,00€/day
The final cleaning is charged with an additional 25,00€.

Booking for up to 10 persons on request.
Supplement 40,00€/day

For bookings of less than 7 days we charge an extra 20,00|day.
(only possible in low season)

Visitor's tax is charged separately

The beautiful house is centrally located, yet pleasantly quiet and secluded in the village district with a cul-de-sac location. Restaurants and shops in the village and spa are within walking distance, as is the wonderful 12km long beach that makes St. Peter-Ording so unique.

Beautiful house - Uncomfortable beds

The house is very well-equipped, but the major drawback is the two double beds, which are only 2x80 cm wide each. One double bed has solid wooden slats instead of a bed frame. The mattresses do not compensate for the lack of comfort. Since we always slept poorly there, we left early. The commercial landlord Golde refused to provide a way to review the property online, despite our inquiries.

Wir bedauern es sehr, dass Familie Helmut H. mit dem Komfort der Matratzen unzufrieden war. Um unsere Feriengäste stets zu frieden zu stellen und gerade zu Coronazeiten auch immer einen guten Komfort sowie die notwendige Hygiene zu bieten, haben wir vor der Saison 2022 alle Matratzen, Bettdecken und Kissen erneuert. Dabei haben wir insebsondere darauf gerachtet, relativ feste Matratzen zu verwenden. Bei allen Bemühungen unsererseits, können wir jedoch nicht allen individuellen Anforderungen unser wechselenden Feriengäste entsprechen. Wir hoffen jedoch unseren Feriengästen stehts einen sehr guten Komfort und somit ein angenehmes Urlaubumfeld anzubieten. Wir bedanken uns für die Kritik von Herrn Helmut H., welche stehts auch zur Verbesserung unseres Angebots beiträgt und wünschen unseren Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt in unserem Reetdach-Ferienhaus und an der einmaligen Norsseeküste von Sankt Peter-Ording.
