You are welcome to barbecue in the spacious garden or simply relax and linger. The neighbouring Summter See lake offers swimming opportunities in summer, while the adjacent forest invites you to take a walk at any time of the year.

Beautiful holiday home, great location, very nice hosts
We planned a weekend with children in the Berlin area as a group of several parents. By chance we found this holiday home, which turned out to be a real insider tip. The enquiry and booking was very relaxed. The entire Fluch family is involved in the holiday home business and because they lived in the house next door, they were always there quickly when we needed something. The house is only 50m from the nearest bathing area. There is also a great playground with a football/basketball field right in front of it, where kids can have a great time. We also took a trip to the Germersdorf Dinopark, which is about 20 minutes away by car. A must for families with children! The holiday home itself is very clean and nicely equipped, we didn't want for anything. We were able to barbecue in the garden in the evenings. A small pavilion offers seating for a cosy end to the day. All in all, we were all delighted with this holiday home and the short trip. We would like to thank the Fluch family again for the friendly accommodation and wish them all the best and many satisfied guests!

Beautiful short vacation
I was there spontaneously after the Easter weekend. Contact and booking were smooth, as was the key handover on site, very nice landlord family. Holiday home inside very nicely and comfortably furnished, very clean. By car or bike, the S-Bahn to Berlin can be reached in 5 or 15 minutes. Perfect to end an exhausting city day by the very nearby lake in the evening.
