Description

The holiday home is located in an agricultural area surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. At about 7 km you reach the palm beach of San Benedetto del Tronto. On the 5000 square meters of land, planted with palm trees, olives and many flowers and herbs, is the main house with a large terrace and a fantastic view of the unspoiled landscape of the Marche to the Natural Park of Gran Sasso on one side and the sea on the other side. The approx. 100 square meter ground floor of the main house is characterized by four arched vaulted terracotta tiles. It is divided into a dining area with a large table, a living area with fireplace and comfortable seating and the kitchen, which is separated from the other rooms by a glass wall. The kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the large terrace. In the entrance area there is also a guest toilet. The upper floor is accessible via an internal and external staircase and has two spacious double rooms, each with shower / WC. There is also a triple room. All 3 rooms have air conditioning. Furthermore, upstairs is a fireplace room with sofa and a small room with washing machine and toilet. The Cassetta can accommodate two people. The living and dining area is separated by a screen from the sleeping area with an antique, wrought-iron bed. It also has its own kitchen with stove and fridge and a bathroom with shower / WC. From the house a staircase leads to the lower level with swimming pool, sun terrace and shower / WC. In front of the house there is a nice, furnished terrace. The Cassetta (additional costs) is not rented separately from the main house to guarantee complete privacy

Due to underfloor heating, this country house is also particularly suitable for Christmas / New Year and extended stays in autumn and winter.
