Villa Punat is a beautiful new villa, 60 meters from the beach with a stunning sea view. This beautiful and modern villa with its surroundings is a real pleasure for the eye. It has a private pool, shaded dining area with barbecue. It has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and two toilets, spacious living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room is very nicely furnished, on the ground floor is the large € living room with exit to the pool. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has its own parking and Wi-Fi for more 3 cars. The amazing view is a pure relaxation for the body and the soul.
