Description
Detached holiday home offers plenty of space for a relaxing holiday in the beautiful Franconian Forest.
Pets are welcome and stay free of charge.
Inside there is a bathroom with tub, a separate room with toilet, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, in the basement 2 single rooms (enough space for more sleeping places in the form of air mattress etc. available).
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, cooker, refrigerator as well as freezer leaves nothing to be desired.
In the living room, a cosy stove invites you to spend warm and sociable hours
In the basement there is a second toilet and a shower.
Bicycles, sledges, skis etc. can be stored in the heating room and wet ski clothes can be dried.
The garden as well as the pavilion can be used completely. The Birkholz ski lift with large car park and the cross-country ski trail are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 500 m). Further ski lifts in the nearer and somewhat further surroundings in Schwarzenbach/W., Tettau, Ludwigstadt, at the Ochsenkopf (Fichtelgebirge)

You live alone in a detached house on the outskirts of the village in a cul-de-sac directly next to the forest. The house entrance can be reached by means of a step. You enjoy a wide, unobstructed view over the Franconian Forest. Restaurants, general practitioner, dentist, Protestant and Catholic churches, daytime café in the next village, 4 km away. Further shopping facilities in Stadtsteinach or Helmbrechts, 11 km away.
The Nina-Stauffenberg memorial stone can be reached on foot from the house, 2 well-known circular hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity (Mühlenweg: 16.2 km long, 4.20 hours, difference in altitude 351; Siebenfreund-Weg: 20.3 km long, 5.30 hours, difference in altitude 666. An annual hiking marathon takes place in the Franconian Forest in May

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you!
We stayed in this holiday home as a large family with a dog. We felt comfortable and everything was as described. Everything is older but very clean and tidy!
The contact with Mrs. Uome was great and she also came by on our arrival and showed me the house
The house itself is in a very quiet area right next to the forest. If you are looking for peace and quiet and just want to be alone, this is the place for you
