Second home for over 10 years
We have been extremely satisfied since our first stay over 10 years ago and have found what feels like a second home here.
As a family, we are always in the largest flat on the ground floor, but we know all the flats in the house. They are very clean and excellently equipped. Above all, in contrast to many other apartments, there is plenty of crockery
The layout of the flats is very well done, especially the fact that the terraces are each facing a different direction, so you have your privacy. The bedrooms are on the side of the house facing away from the pool, which allows for a quiet siesta even when swimming
There is certainly always something that is getting on in years. However, the landlord and the caretaker couple are always lovingly and prudently maintaining and replacing them
The location is as described quiet, ideal for us. Only those who like to do things on foot are out of place here. You are dependent on a vehicle.

Regarding the criticism of Mr. E. from Insbruck: We were in the house with him in 2015. He is a nice but very fussy person who probably expected something else. And had already written a huge list with many little things on site, which were not really serious. And then, for example, to take up 3 parking spaces with 2 people in one flat .... , various wishes cannot be fulfilled.

Simply perfect
Villa Claudia is simply a dream. We were there on the recommendation of friends in August 2016 and 2018 and can only report the best. Everything is really perfect - that's why we always like to come back.
Just to mention one detail: I have travelled a lot in the world, but I have only had such good beds once, and that was in a 5 star hotel in Berlin.
We love the pool, the facilities, the location in a wonderful area and the wonderful tips from the host.
We will definitely be back.

We had apartment No. 3. I don't want to list the negative aspects for pages, there are too many. Certainly, the apartment is not recommendable in many respects.
