In Ploubazlanec, above the Bay of Launay, 5 min. Footpath to the sea, opposite the island of Bréhat, located in a very quiet area (extremely quiet, as there are very few passersby), the house, facing south, awaits you in summer but also for the rest of the year. Furnished in a tasteful yet modern style, you will be delighted by its comfort and its warm and soothing atmosphere.
Bookings for summer and spring start early . . . Better not wait too long to book . . . . ! ! ! In April and May it is beautiful here: the days are already longer and spring awakens nature... Often it is almost summer!
September and October are also very beautiful...!!! Long bright days and pleasant temperatures!! Often you can swim in the sea almost until the end of October!!
You can also discover our beautiful region in winter. In Brittany there is no snow or frost in winter and it is never cold. The house has good heating and is very well insulated. Sat-TV with German TV channels and internet via WiFi!

The garden, with its 300 m2 in front of the house, becomes a playground or a resort, ideal for the whole family. The garden extends over a length of 300m over the entire property.
A second identical house is also located on this property, however, both houses have their own access and a house shows the other side to the other, so that here the privacy remains guaranteed.
From the house you have GR34 access to beautiful beach walks in the direction of Paimpol, Loguivy de la Mer or Lezardrieux. Other beaches are also within walking distance.
In the small town of Paimpol there is a lot to see and do all year round.

Ploubazlanec is worth a visit!
Best regards to the fluent German-speaking host Maxime. He ensures that you feel completely comfortable in his beautiful house. The varied Breton landscape adds to the experience and guarantees a relaxing and eventful holiday.

Excellent location, highly recommended
We had a great stay at Maxime's. The cottage is very beautiful, super well equipped, very clean. Paimpol is very close. Many walks are possible from the cottage with varied landscapes. Many excursions are possible within an hour's drive.
I would like to highlight the quality of the welcome in this region. The locals are warm and helpful. Don't miss going to Bréhat, at the beginning of the tourist season, there were few people and you could enjoy the landscapes at your leisure. Finally, thank you to Maxime for his kindness and great availability.

Great holiday in Brittany
From the end of June to mid-July 2020, we stayed with Maxime in Ploubazlanec in a cosy wooden house right on the north coast of Brittany. There were four of us, so the house was very spacious. The equipment is great, the kitchen is modern and everything from crepe pans to oyster knives is available. The area is beautiful, there is a very nice pebble (at high tide) or sandy bay within walking distance with offshore islands, nice little towns with great markets. Artichokes grow in the garden and at low tide you can collect oysters and even scallops. In Pors Even (10min walk) there is a good moules-et-frites and a good poissonerie. The best thing about the house is the very nice and helpful landlord Maxime and his good tips. I say Merci and would love to come back!

beautiful North Brittany
...this was the third time we stayed with Maxime and had the opportunity to stay in the new house, which (like the others) is superbly equipped (including satellite TV) and also offers a direct view of the sea.

Holiday home and location excellent
Maxime's holiday home is well equipped, the location is absolutely excellent. Host Maxime is attentive, helpful and very friendly. He also speaks very good German... we will definitely come again to this beautiful area with a house from Maxime.
