Description
Our spacious and quietly situated modern flat 75sqm is located on the ground floor of our private house with a wonderful view into the Flöha valley.
It offers a large living room of 22 sqm with a sofa bed incl. sleeping function for the 4th and 5th person (or an extra bed on request) and a separate dining area as well as a modern living wall with 32 inch Smart-TV. Directly adjoining the living room is the modern kitchen of 16 sqm with dining area, fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Of course, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and other useful kitchen appliances are part of the comfortable equipment. The 16 sqm bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen. Here you will find a large double bed, a spacious wardrobe and another bed. Adjacent to the hallway are the two bathrooms, the first with bathtub, washbasin and electric underfloor heating, the second bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
The apartment is completely equipped with electric shutters.
You can park your car comfortably directly at the apartment and use the separate driveway, from which you can also access your garden. A large lockable storage room of 20 sqm for motorbikes, bicycles, etc. is located in the outbuilding
Attention bikers!!! You are very welcome here - we provide you with a lockable bike garage free of charge and there are mega fantastic tours in the paradise Erzgebirge ;-)

"Glück Auf" and welcome to our spacious comfort holiday flat in the beautiful Ore Mountains, in the town of the "seven valleys" Olbernhau. Lots of nature and countless sights invite you to stay. The toy village of Seiffen, Pobershau, the mining towns of Freiberg, Marienberg and Annaberg are at our doorstep.
With the "Saigerhütte" museum ensemble in Olbernhau-Grünthal, Olbernhau has a complex of historical non-ferrous metallurgy plants and buildings that is unique in this form worldwide. This is why the "Saigerhütte" is a selected site for the intended candidacy for the UNESCO World Heritage Site Montanregion Erzgebirge.
Our museum at the market, which has been designed with great attention to detail, tells above all about the diversity of ideas, the industriousness and the craftsmanship of the inhabitants of our region.
The town centre of Olbernhau with its diversely designed old town houses not only invites you to stroll around, it also offers a variety of interesting shopping opportunities.

The Saxon-Bohemian Ore Mountain Ridge is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists. Start directly from our apartment by bike, motorbike or on foot into the untouched nature of the Ore Mountains. Winter sports enthusiasts will find one of the largest skiing areas in the Ore Mountains in the skiing region Mittleres Erzgebirge. The snow-sure ridge offers a very good network of cross-country ski trails
For bike tours, two 26-inch city bikes and a 28-inch men's bike are available free of charge.
Sledges and toboggans are available for winter fun

Relaxing short holiday
We were in Olbernhau for a short Christmas holiday. The flat was perfect, nothing was missing, even sugar, flour ... were available. Everything was lovingly decorated for Christmas. Everything was as described.
We visited the Christmas markets in the region and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings in the Ore Mountains. The apartment is in a pleasantly quiet location and offers a great view.
In short, we will be back next year!

Pure relaxation
The apartment leaves nothing to be desired, it is in a nice quiet location and is really tastefully furnished. We had plenty of space and wanted for nothing. A big thank you to the landlords for the wonderful holiday and the excursion tips!

Dream flat to relax in
A very nice, large and above all quiet and idyllically situated holiday flat with its own driveway and separate entrance. The flat is lovingly furnished and lacks nothing. There is a large storage room with 4 bicycles (which we used a lot) and the garden equipment (barbecue, chairs, etc.). The landlords are very nice and helpful.
