Charming house in beautiful Languedoc
The ground floor holiday house is located in a quiet residential area of the pretty village of Sérignan, about 800 m from the center, where you will find everything you could want on holiday.

"At home" you will find a well-maintained facility in the living-dining room, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, one of the two bedrooms is divided by three levels within the room. This creates a cozy living room (18 m²), which has direct access to the garden. The daylight bathroom has bath, shower and bidet, the toilet (with window) is separate.

Depending on the time of day, sun or shade you choose the terrace in front of the house or the garden with a comfortable seat.

The ground floor holiday house is located in a quiet residential area of the pretty village of Sérignan, about 800 m from the center, where you will find everything you could want on holiday.
Serignan has a historic center, the center of which is the "Promenade", where you can visit the market three times a week in the shadow of the plane trees and otherwise sit on the cafeteria and watch the world go by Butchers, doctors and pharmacies are within walking distance and supermarkets such as Carrefour, Aldi and Lidl are on the outskirts.
In the Cave-Coperative you will find the wines of the Vignerons de Serignan, as well as in the immediate vicinity of various domains that offer regional products such as olive oil and wines.

Market day is three times a week, after strenuous shopping one drinks the obligatory "Pastis" with the locals and then maybe a lunch menu can be served.

Also the leisure activities will inspire you: The magnificent long sandy beach of Sérignan-Plage is only about 6 km away, interesting cities such as Béziers, Nîmes or Narbonne worth a visit, the hinterland offers numerous destinations, hiking routes, bike paths ....
