It is a contemporary house in an authentic seaside setting near the island of Bréhat, in a very touristy, very maritime region. It is very bright, not semi-detached, decorated with great care, and offers you sunlight all day long. The large courtyard, the spacious landscaped garden always carefully maintained by the owner, ensure you rest and an extra quality of accommodation.
The terrace is also highly appreciated as there is no overlooking.
The ground floor includes a fitted kitchen, a living-dining room, a shower room, separate toilets, and a laundry room with washing machine. Direct access to a private terrace allows you to read or quietly enjoy a coffee while taking in the garden.

A Breton stay under the sun and in a great gîte
Cottage very well located by the sea near the GR34 hiking trail. The large garden is beautiful and very well equipped with sun loungers and a reading area.
Very bright cottage and very well equipped. A big plus for the bedding.
We recommend this rental which has very reasonable prices. We also appreciated being able to find a socket for electric charging in this cottage.
A big thank you to the hosts for their welcome and availability.
Go there without hesitation!

Wonderful
We enjoyed our vacation in this spacious (3 bedroom) house.
In advance, we were able to be in reliable contact with the friendly landlords.
The very clean house with a nice layout and bright rooms, a large living/dining area with a well-equipped kitchen was appealing. On the beautiful terrace with a very large, well-maintained garden, we could relax.
There was space for our bicycles. It was particularly pleasing that we could charge our electric car at the house.
The location of the house is great: directly on the hiking trail GR 34, only 4 km on foot along the coast to Paimpol and just 3.5 km from the ferry to Ile-de-Bréhat.
With the bikes, there are nice paths around Ploubaslanec. . . .
By car, a maximum of 50 minutes to Cap des Roses, to Silon, etc.
The handover at the end of the holiday went without surprises.
